Its propably mean that u cant start expo at full hour or half (4:00, 5:30, 16:00, 23:30 etc.) and propably few sec before and after this time.

I'm guessing that's something to do with the Polish server, read something that there were 'bots' working over there, due to the lack of mobs, to jump on expos as soon as any were regenerated.
I'd assume the devs are trying to make it fairer and give people a chance to get expos going, especially as it's getting harder to find Golems and the bigger mobs as more people comlete the expos.

so basicly it has nothing to do with us... another part of the patch that has nothing to do with us, we wont be scronging around for goloms for a while yet i would think..? hell even white and black drags aint even at that point yet ... but yet we suffer because its so hard to write a dif patch for dif servers? or atleast change them a little...

Well in the golden tower right now we are down to 1/12 gold dragon, 0/3 golem and 1/1 arachne. And in the Devil's finger its 2/9 golems, 2/2 medusa and 1/1 remus and romolus.

i work out what it was, all expo's end either on the hour or half hour... which mean's they end during ranking updates
