  Upgrade

Hi!

I had more than 90 bs, and more than 20 hs. I tried to upgrade from G to G1, and to continue, and what happened is that I ended with 0 bs, and 0 hs, and my item ended on N5 (1 grade less than the initial grade: G): in the road, instade of an upgrade, when reaching the item a minor grade, the item went more to the down sense.

And neither, in the road of the upgrading, it never reached G2, but it only went downgrading consecutively. Facty, the tool for upgrading, if you set the name it is downgrading, it does gives the answer because the itm ended N1 from G; but I have ont the stones.

What is it?
