Well, try thinking differently
Good Titanium set alone offers
+5 (Amu) + 6 (2xRings) +8 (Set bonus) = +19 strength, which nearly equals to normal orchid in dmg, 15 (Set Bonus) Toughness what reduces dmg you recieve by 7-8 dmg and +6 (Amu) + 6 (2xRings) = +12 Charisma for ambush defence. With additional bonus of +5 str and +5 agi from ever popular 1h melee jewellery it gains more possibilities even without a titanium set having more str. Try combining best melee pref with best melee suf, because that's what it is, making it worth not less than 80k on this server. It might seem a bit exaggerated, but I've seen people battling for two of those, one having been sold for 250k while the second over 350k. R2 UK server looks pale in comparison when it comes to wealth.

Let's have some simple calculation
Average dmg of this weapon without boosts is 67,5. Let's assume average of ~35 strength and ~50 def with no dmg bonus items, what gives a bonus of 10 dmg per hit, what gives an average of 77,5 dmg, with a mere 18%/30% with tigers for 310 dmg (comparing to 23%/35% for 400 dmg of g.antique flail), what is rather small. Additional agi and rep make it worth no more than 15-20k.
