lol the crit caused by you and scy dnt need to be anymore 
(sniper and tattoo gives enough)
as you can deal alot of damage...
some of use shipers can pull off 180 perc.. so the % to hit be a bonus to us...

at least add some % to hit on 2H guns..
1H guns get the big advance of 25% of each gun...
10%?

lol, sniper gives enough crit... maybe not much as people would like..
but i think a chance to hit added to sniper would help more

1 handers get the 20% damage and 25% to hit on both weapons and so many hits... yes we get the crit chance on sniper but only 3 hits
dnt make up to 12 they get..
