if you would dig deep enough you would find out this have been already discussed several times and it never let to any kind of agreement. The thing is the sieges stopped for several reasons and I don't think you will get them back by changing the rules midgame.
There are already several limitations for clans, but the real trouble here is the lack of players. Because if there would be like 10 times more players than now then you would see more clans which would be more equal. But even that would not prevent the desire of big players to band together and there would be few powerhouses anyway.
Yeah, you could try to implement the limitation based on player's ranking, but then you would need to take in consideration what would happen if several players outgrowths the limits. Would they be kicked out automatically or what? Would the leader be forced to pick someone to be kicked? All this would bring too much of unnecessary complications from gameplay, but also from programming point of view.
Feel free to continue discussing it, but I don't think it will change much. The Underworld population is how it is and there would have to be massive gameplay change to shake things up here. And even in such case I doubt it.
Take this as an opinion from someone who is playing this game for over 8 years by now.

Will the multiple accounts be able to be online at the same time? Will the premium options be shared through accounts?
In general I guess it won't hurt the server. I would also try different path, but doing so with one character is currently no go for me.

| Thread: Item defence killing tattoos again |

Id in game: 5128
Problem description: Not so long ago there was a patch raising tattoo defence limit for gunman, gangster and sniper, because certain highly upgraded items were killing the tattoo.
Few weeks ago I have found out that e.g. velvet kilt of arms dealer at p+5 is killing tattoo for sniper and gangster again. Keeping it at p+4 was 'fixing' the problem, but few days ago I have found out that at level 120 and above its killing tattoos already at p+1 making it unusable without solar set.
Szeszej, can you pass this to Sushi for a feedback and possible fix?

Well, what exactly you don't understand? It seems pretty self-explanatory to me. You pick your desired reward (or chance to get it in case of items) and then you do quests. After every successful one you are rewarded specific amount of points based on quest difficulty and once you reach the required amount you can collect it.

Well something should be definitely done/changed because now the challenge is mostly taken away and being replaced by 'try my luck' system isn't the most enticing way how to keep me in game.
I guess it was supposed to keep the chances same for everyone (except for some lucky b.. err players), but to keep failing and failing over and over isn't very motivating.
As Clemenza mentioned, extension of ritual of blood to higher levels with drastically increased costs might be the way to go and it can be nicely enhanced by dooz' suggestion where several different ingame resourced would be necessary in order to make the ritual upgrade.
One way or another 'something' should be done as while we a few with exceptional luck streak, most of us definitely lack it.
In this way I would like to ask Szeszej to pass our suggestions to SushiMaker and Konrad as the frustration level is increasing faster and faster.
