ok so assuming the closed auction is reliable for weapon stats and the patch changes have been applied retroactively so are showing up there, achieving max crit as a hunter is easy.
perfect leg shuri of reaction = -11% crit
Assaut = +15%
light/elvish death sower = +14% or +29% in p1
evo = +20%
hunter tattoo = +35%
disposable = +10%
to be precise with light you would come out at 83% and elvish 98%
ok so if you're an absorber you can easily use any other suffix you want and supplement the crit chance difference with arcana.
as other races you can supplement the crit chance by wearing equipment on higher levels.
yes you might need to be a higher level than before to max out crit chance but it is still just as feasible as before.
further points include:
1. ranged weapons with innate crit chance exist
2. why should low levels have max crit chance?

lol i've actually argued about a year back for something simillar about an option to change race.
what i came to realise after thinking about it is the only reason people argue for this stuff is out of laziness.
instead of trying to be innovative and think of the best to do with what you have and adapt you just want a quick fix.
if all decisions had no consequence to them and all options were open for everyone then everyone would end up with the same cookie cutter builds even more than they currently are.

I completely agree with the OP, any time someone can do something that i cannot it is IMBA and must be removed or altered so that i can also do it.
I can only use 2h guns with my tattoo while others can use ranged weapons with theirs. How is that fair!? I want to be able to use ranged weapons too! This is an outrage i demand all tattoos be homogenized so everyone gets all the benefits of every tattoo and none of the restrictions, the current system is simply IMBA.
Furthermore others have innate easiness from their race or can use hp boosting arcana while i cannot, this is obviously IMBA and everyone should have access to all arcanas and race bonuses.
My girlfriend is on her period, however as a man i cannot menstrate, this is clearly IMBA and i demand the BW dev's fix this immediately.
Disclaimer: The above post was made with near lethal levels of sarcasm and before i had my morning cigarette.

The auction has been recognised by the operator as invalid.

Within 48h, the operator will give the stones from the invalid auction back to the buyer, based on the market price of the item.
72 hours later the 13ss that i gained from the auction have been removed from me and the item did not return... apparently if you want an item a lot just bid a tonne on it and should it get reported then you will get the item and all your stones back.

when an auction is deemed invalid after being reported how can you find out the reason for it?
eg.
The auction has been recognised by the operator as invalid.
Reason: *item here*.

obviously i reported my auction after getting a lot for an item that wasn't worth as much as that, but given the amount of bids on it i figured it was just a bidding war that got out of hand (there were 17 bids on the item) rather than someone dumping stones.
anyway i'd like to know who to contact in regards to finding out the reason why the decision was made the way it was
at the moment it feels like i'm being punished for reporting something to be on the safe side. There is no way it was pushing since i did not tell anyone i found the item in question let alone that i was selling it. Wasn't multi-accounts either since i don't have anyone elses login details and nobody else has mine. I simply reported it because i've seen people get banned for someone else dumping stones onto an item when they quit.

upgrade jewellery/weapon as required
get legendary shuri/throwing knife/ heavy xbow of reaction
will want elvish shorts of rogue or something for extra rep when ambushing gunners
i would advise going for the kilt last as i think it has the highest requirements of the 3 P1 items and gives the least amount of stats when compared to other alternatives, so until then as i said get suffixed elvish shorts.

did you read any of that post i made aside from the 1st line?
because if you did i quite carefully explained what i meant and showed in a hypothetical scenario that it would be possible for a player to be killed before he had a chance to attack.
the only confusion that can remain is if you completely skipped over that, and just used the thought process "he said 1v1 siege" that must be 1 player vs 1 player not 1 clan vs 1 clan (as was explained).

i've read it, all it says is you have the capacity to check the restricted forums using your 1337 pro skillz but that you wont since you wont risk an IP ban (good job on that by the way sports fan).
which brings us back to my point - you ain't a mod so you cant see it
or since you're obviously the pedantic sort to be precise:
you ain't a mod, so you aren't permitted to access the logs of the conversation (if they are indeed held in the restricted section) and even though you potentially could access said logs to find said conversation you wont since it will likely incur an IP ban which you wish to avoid.

what i said makes perfect sense, the only way it doesn't is if you completely misinterpret what i said and think i was talking about a 1 player v 1 player siege, in which case i will break it down for you since obviously comprehension ain't your strong point.
it is entirely possible that in a 1 clan versus another clan siege that all opponents can attack you and kill you before you, yourself, can attack back.
lets say theres 5 players each (players A,B,C,D and E on side one, players F,G,H,I and J on side 2)
players A,B,C,D and E could all attack player G in the 1st round under the current system for allocating who attacks who in a siege, and they could kill player G in said attacks before player G could attack back.
that better, or have i used too many long words?
- also the whole point of people airing ideas is to give constructive criticism not for you to spam "derp, i don't like it!1!one!!, its lame, nevuuuuuuuur"

arcana would presumably work the exact same way it does in ambushes and sieges at the moment i.e. random targeting.
obvious you wouldn't get to choose who you attack in what order, targets would be assigned based upon the same random algorithm used to determine whom you attack when fighting in a normal siege.
everyone can team up on you in a 1v1 clan siege and kill you before you even get a chance to strike if the random number generator chooses to allocate you as their targets in the current system.
tl;dr - i'm very confused by your counter points since they are all already addressed in the current workings of the game but you wouldn't say those things are broken or a "bad bad BAD idea" \o_O/

at a glance pretty much any absorber lvl 80+ could wear it, i doubt steve has time to message them all to find out who are BK's and who aren't, and thats assuming it wasn't a merge piece made to sell.

@ OP: to be honest i'd just stop using the boards in those places, very few people use them anyway and the rules are all convoluted and open to mod interpretation which leads to some odd decisions (like i could register a new forum account and spam some stuff and probably not receive any warnings since i would be "new" whereas if my registration date was more than a few days old then i'd be warned/ banned, doesn't state in the rules that there should be differences in handling of new accounts versus old etc).
Also dunno about anyone else but i get the feeling the rules were made so as to keep people off the forums and mean that there is less for the game developers to worry about given there shortage of staff.... could just be because of language translation issues though, but they do seem overly restrictive/unnecessary for the most part.
