I am a Gunman and the bloody set is a waste if you ask me
The added perception may be nice - but you already have the +chance to hit on the leg. 1H guns, and the second chance to hit with melee is absolutely useless
Obviously the deadly set would be nice but if I recall correctly, it has a high strength requirement
I personally mix and match right now but the Tiger's does look like it has potential with the crit and dodge to melee
but then again when you look at it, if you get your perc out of the shepherd suffix and you get your P+1 bandanna, kilt both shepherd, you get your plus dmg and perc together. Then put that with another P+1 cape (light, Elvish, or suffixed) and you may not have the top of the line, but you will definitely get decent perception and dmg
If it has a bloody prefix, ok maybe it would be fine, but I would not strive for the bloody myself.
I would focus on the neck and rings before worrying about all the prefix bonuses on armour.
Twisted/Solar/Diamond is nice for a 1h gunner, I would think, but personally I go for the hawk's set simply for the general dodge percentage, instead of dodge rating and the dmg increases as you get higher in level - eventually I may switch to a twisted set for the additional perc and dmg but the hawk's give a lot of perc on their own, the only problem with the hawk's gear is the appearance requirement
Just my thoughts - if they are completely wrong, ah well - just trying to give another point of view

I am not sure if I should post this in here, but is there any suggestions to how to go about completing this task?
Alternatively, if anyone is willing to aid in this task, it would be helpful. Everytime I attack someone, I maybe get 20k people max, that is if I am lucky, and it seems I don't get anywhere close to the 500k mark before I get attacked and lose about 1/3 of my people
Anyone have any suggestions or willing to sacrifice their people for me and then they can attack me to get it back.
Hit me up in-game or message a reply for suggestions to complete this task
