I have to agree with this. This is an overkill and an abuse of the arena system in a way. Level restrictions should be much tighter on the arena so that you can't get imbalanced fights like this.
In normal sieges PoH is gained through a specific way when more than double damage is done etc.
In arena, regardless of the result PoH is gained and lost. So it shouldn't be allowed to do something like this. The lvl range should be somewhere around 5 lvl maximum difference on each monster.

Well the P+1 light cape I think is useless.
I was also considering getting one but the +dmg/4 lvl is kind of useless for a sniper, it won't make as much difference as extra attacks.
I have now decided to go for g+5 speed also. The rest is pretty much great. Hawk set once complete will be nice. Not the extra attacks from solar but the rep bonuses for ambushes is definitely nice. And if you want more damage then in this case the +dmg/4 lvl I suppose is better used than on the cape.

Ok, well then I won't be renewing my premium and will be sure to delete my character.
If this is how you treat your customers, honestly I don't want to have anything to do with you anymore. You have absolutely no respect for your customers, you have absolutely no ear for reason. Especially since I do believe I was a rather loyal client considering I came back even after I got 2 years of work deleted and I came back immediately with premium.
My arguments are perfectly solid, you tell me I make trouble when I actually proved that a numerous number of my warns were unjustified and yet you have not addressed this issue.
You only address the issues that you are comfortable with and that limit the areas that you have to deal with. This is outrageous.
I'm done with this game, and I seriously hope that others will see how you treat your customers through this.
Like I said in my pm to you, you probably don't care because what is one customer amidst all the others you have. I'm sure this will hit you back in the face one day or another.

Levija, Levi, Chaosblade and BLP were used with a character Levija that you banned over a year and a half ago along with the character of my younger brother Sapling who at the time was living with me. Banned for multi accounting (even though we were ready to provide evidence against that), and credit card fraud (according to your definition) that was actually the result of a payment recess that was independent from me and that I tried to fix, exchanged emails with one of your admins, and it lead absolutely nowhere even though I offered to repay for the recessed payment through another mean.
So basically, what I am saying : You already banned one of my characters (and my brothers), which basically represents the loss of 2 years of premium and work put into the character, considering they got deleted eventually. The forum accounts you are referring to were used under those characters.
So as I have explained before, and you do not seem to understand :
My current character, on UW and on Necro, have only been used with two forum accounts : Endonium and Emporium.
You are banning me for something that happened under another character that I ended up loosing and was already very very angry about.
Do you understand this ? Your ban is seriously unjustified. Every day that goes by and that you don't recognize those facts, I loose because of your policy some premium which will not be paid back even though you are wrong in the facts you are basing yourself on.
