Not on here very often, but I'll add my 2p worth - which you can of course ignore.
Hopefully some will help but I know some of it will p!ss you off.
Black Knight and the lack of stones
We don't chat much any more, but we've both always been BK and enjoyed the challenge. Not having the stones to buy/merge the items is a huge issue. I've bought most my stuff on the cheap and merged and merged again to get what I want. Only a few items have I actually bought flat out. I have a load of BK merge info you may find useful, but we have chosen to the play the tattoo differently, so it might not be your bag.
That said you need the stones. The ONLY decent way to get stones is to level up. The BEST way to level up is expos - nothing else comes close. I've not bought premium for a couple of months as I'm sick of many aspects of the game and just don't have the same time to play as I did. So I get far less quests and attacks, but it matters very little as I can still do the same amount of expos.
BK and expos
I imagine like me you can roast a turkey almost on your own, but I get less than a 1000 PoP. I think a balance needs to be struck between helping lower pointers and levelling yourself up. I still help people with their turkey badges, as I am really good at those, but I split that about 50/50 with the bigger expos that can get me good points. I also expect the good gunners in the clan to help out the lower pointers with their drakes, and we have a few people who are really good and will help out. So spread the load to help out across the clan, make it a rule if needed. But make time to do the bigger expos - because that is the only good way to get stones.

As you know V13 won't do PoH sieges with you - because of the very reason you are complaining about. You guys were never interested in a fair fight. It's a shame, but it's no surprise that no one is interested. You reap what you sow.
Black Knight and Ranged
I know you are getting hammered by ranged, my advice around this is get your defence higher, even at the cost of some agility. When everyone was playing as Zerkers your high agility gave you an edge, but now Ranged is really popular you need to be able to slow those shurikens down A LOT. I beat most ranged in defence, and in my best defence gear I even managed to avoid getting killed by NateDogg's shurikens. I have some a second pair of compound shorts if you need em - I was saving them to make perfect - but I can wait.
Dark
Well done for keeping it going so long. Clan leader is a most thankless task in this game and until the recent patch a real handicap. If people are doing your nut in then kick them and build the clan up again with the people who make you enjoy the game. It is your clan and even if it drops down the ranks in the short term if you don't like the people you play with, then it's just no fun. Use your good alliances and friendships to help keep your squares while you scale down and find people you actually can rely on.

Yup they suck.

As NateDogg said I have posted before the evidence.
But as I'm not paying for premium at the moment I can only have space for 10 msgs - so I can only keep them for a day or two at best.
I have posted them before but no one makes the changes. I understand there are rules, but can we please update to reflect the real state of play, or close the thread and unpin it - as it stands it's just inaccurate and outdated.

Those BK rankings are bogus.
Hespera is first, because she can hold her own and respect is due. I figure even though I can often beat her she can still give as good as she gets - so fair cop.
I'd argue I'm second as I've beaten Hyperborean in defence when he attacks me and have mostly got bored of popping the other BKs - except Hespera since if you are ahead of me I figure it's a fair challenge and the price you pay for being the best.

Evan and Lysandra are below me in the ranking and I don't even buy premium any more. I used to beat them regularly, but I like to pick my 8 fights a day with the big guys now

I am very sorry to see eVe get banned. I have been in the same clan as her for many months, back when we were part of BoS and she has always acted with integrity and honesty in my dealings with her.
She is a very active player and I really feel for her to be treated so badly.
I cannot comment on the other two as I have had far less dealings with them.
It is ridiculous that a premium player like that can be banned, based purely on opinion and with no previous bad marks against their record. To ban someone who has paid for a year in advance without evidence or warning is daylight robbery and it makes a joke of this game.
The banning is subjective and heavy handed and unjustified.

Hey,
I know we have a different style of BK play, but here's my 2p worth if you want it.
I hold off melee with high defence, often they can't do enough damage to finish me off. This often works for ranged too. Problem with Crystal XXX of Bloodsucker is it doesn't do much damage or add crits - so it allows you to last longer but unlikely to kill them either.
Murderous best for most damage. If you need to kill someone quicker than they can kill you.
You can't win on agility alone, high defence is essential to slow them down.
No matter what your setup though I think you are always weak to one type of player.

You can't guarantee the attacks are consecutive since there is no time stamp on the attacks - at least I'm not aware of one.
however 3 winning attacks should be fine I think. but Evan is right is is much harder to win in defence - so I think you'd need to win in defence at least twice (aswell) to be considered unbeatable.
I like this idea though - I like the challenge - especially as a lot of the BKs adopt different tactics

We have been given a days premium when the service has gone down before- what is different?
Given that I pay premium and then also pay for quickening and extra armoury space all of which have been lost. So infact I loose in excess of the time the server is down.
Never mind all the borked expos and auctions.
A "this is not our fault" is not an acceptable level of service. Perhaps you should consider getting a Service Level Agreement so that it is crystal clear where we stand as customers.
I understand these things will happen, but I expect something more that a "don't blame us" attitude.
