We know you have been waiting impatiently to learn why it is taking us such a long time to prepare the New Arenas.
We are pleased to inform you that in a few days an RC (release candidate) version of the New Arenas will be installed on all the BW servers.
NEW CROSS-SERVER ARENAS!
On 14th April 2014 the New Arenas will be released on all the BW servers.
In 1v1 they will look exactly the same as on the beta server.
In 3v3 and clan v clan, players will compete on a common, cross-server arena for their type of server (Necropolis or Underworld). If your country has only one server of a particular type, do not worry - we are hard at work finishing New Arenas 2.0.
Why RC?
Allowing for cross-server arenas was a large undertaking for us as far as programming goes. We are aware that there might be some minor errors and bugs that could not be eliminated during the beta tests.

So is there more coming?
Yes, there is! We are working very hard trying to make it possible for you to fight with opponents from other countries.
Our goal is to allow players from each server type to compete at a Global Arena, regardless of their country.
It means a lot of modifications in the current game code.
Making it work as we want it to will take a few weeks so until then we have decided to release the 1.0 version so that you can have some fun.
King of the Hill balance and other changes
Necropolis will also receive a balancing patch for King of the Hill locations.
Every server will also get a patch with some minor fixes and changes.

All servers will be updated tomorrow (as far as I know 
)
Some basic info on arenas:
- In 1v1 and 3v3 arenas building bonuses will be enabled.
- 3v3 arenas will be held two times a week: on Thursdays and Mondays.
- Clan arenas will be held once a week: on Sundays.
As far as 3v3 and clan areanas go:
- arenas will be closed on the aforementioned days at 20:20
- after that time players won't be able to join and changing equipment will have no effect on your arena equipment (the items equipped at 20:20 will be used).
- if everything goes ok, you will see the results immediately. If not, the server will try to generate them every 30 minutes.
- 3v3 and clan arenas are not affected by server events
- on 3v3 and clan arenas your HP will be regenrated for free to its maximum value
