YES to the possibility of putting Legendary objects into collective armory, especially on servers type Moria / Underworld
clans are very often composed of large and small Levels.
penalizing it for not being able to share his legendary items,
knowing that required to bring an object are much higher and difficult to achieve on this server ;
items "easiness" that do not offer nearly the same percentage reduction on servers types Necropolis, thus an increase in required with much less easy to lower them on servers type moria / underworld
this should be reviewed.
also in terms of population gains and required in this kind of resources requested by the constructions.

This player obviously comes from playing Necro to UW.
It would be more helpful to explain why these updates should not be implemented.
Easiness is not so much a problem here, with upgraded quality levels, players can wield items on good +3, instead of having to need the easiness to wield a perfect item in comparison to a Good item.
Our server finds the lack of people [the resource, i assume you mean this when u say population] is not a problem.
The legendary item issue can be debated. This is allowed on Necro, but not on UW. However this reflects the possibility to share P+5 Bony items on UW, where on Necro this can only be balanced by sharing Legendary Perfect items.
