Selling regulations - Necropolis
If there are any new points or changes you will be informed about them in a new post.
You will have 2 days to get acquainted with the new rules, after that you will be warned for not following them.
***SELLER***
Creating a new thread:
1. The seller must have the Old Market and lvl 15.
2. Threads must be created in the sections appropriate for the item sold. In case of making a mistake, an explanation in the thread is essential.
3. The author is obliged to include all the following information in the thread:
a) Stats of the item or its screenshot
b) The title must contain full name of the items for sale (in case of Junk section prefixes and/or suffixes will suffice). In case of many items include only the most important and add "and other".
c) When the auction finishes (caution, the auction end time can be prolonged according to point 6.1 of the regulations)
- if you do not provide this information then the auctions must end 10 days from 1st bid or when someone offers Buy Now price
d) Info on what do you want for the item (items, PoP, junk)
e) Minimum price or Buy Now price.
f) In-game name or character ID
Taking care of your thread:
4. The seller may post in his own thread ONLY when:
- UPs the thread, threads may be UPed only once every 3 hours.
- answers a question concerning the trade.
- informs about an in-game offer or PM
- adds information about changes in the auction (point 6)
5. The seller is obliged to:
a) finish the transaction in 24h. In case of for example losing a square with the market this time is prolonged accordingly.
b) inform about offers made on PM or in the game adding the in-game name of the bidder and the amount offered, including received BN offers when someone placed a bid on the item on the board. Only bids posted on the board are valid.
c) close your thread when all selling is finished or when 10 days passed since last post/UP. To do so you need to choose option (in lower right corner) 'Close/Open' and click 'Go'.
d) wait for your current auction or offer to sell to finish and then create a new thread if you want to put new items up for sale.
e) keep the thread updated and offer only items which are still available for sale. After item is sold it must be removed from the list in 1st post.
6. The seller cannot:
a) add Buy Now price during the auction or sell the item before the auctions finishes (unless Buy Now price was present from the beginning).
b) create a new topic if they already have an unfinished auction.
c) add notes about not selling unless given conditions are met ("I won't sell the item unless the price reaches 200k PoP") or notes that encourage others to break the regulations.
d) change minimum price and Buy Now price during the auction.
e) add notes discriminating certain groups of buyers ("selling only to clanmates", "clanmates 5% cheaper" etc.)
f) add new items to running auctions or closed threads
g) close the thread unless all items have been sold or the auction has ended according to point 3.c.
6.1. In case an offer appears within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the auction is prolonged by 5 minutes. It's forbidden to change it in any way.
7. Uneditable "Second post" and making changes to the auction when it is in progress.
a) When the seller's thread is created you must copy the first post, make a second post and paste it there. If there are any conflicts concerning the auction or offer of sell then this "second post" will serve as the basis for the moderator's judgement.
b) The first post may be edited as many times as you wish as long as it does not break any regulations. However, whenever you make a change you need notify others about it with a new post in your thread (this will be treated as "upping" the thread so can be done only once every 3 hours).
c) If there is no "second post" or post with the information on the changes made to the auction or the offer of sell then the seller WILL be given a warning. If there are any doubts about the auction or offer of sell and the "second post" is not there then the absence will give evidence AGAINST THE SELLER!
8. Only items available for auctioning from your armoury can be sold.
***BUYER***
1. The buyer is obliged to:
a) have the Market and lvl 15.
b) state the amount offered and (if there are more than 1 item) the name of the item he bids/buys
c) inform the seller about the fact that they will pay in instalments
d) place every new bid in a new post.
e) bid according to the table below:
Current bid - minimum outbid
(1 - 49) - no minimum
(50 - 99) - min 5pts
(100 - 499) - 20pts
(500 - 999) - 50pts
(1.000 - 4.999) - 100pts
(5.000 - 9.999) - 500pts
(10.000 - 49.999) - 1000pts
(50.000 - 99.999) - 5000pts
(100.000 - 499.999) - 10.000pts
(500.000 - ) - 50.000pts
f) In every post with bid include in-game name or character ID unless provided in the buyer's signature
Breaking one of the points above automatically cancels the offer.
g) Finishing the transaction in 24h.
2. The buyer cannot:
a) withdraw from transaction after offering Buy Now price.
b) withdraw his offer within one hour before the end of auction.
c) bid lower than minimum price and higher than Buy Now price.
d) bid at all in offers of sale (BN only auctions), regardless whether it's lower or higher than Buy Now price.
e) comment on the prices in any way. If you don't agree with the price, send a PM to the seller.
f) bid after the auction has ended.
g) edit his post with offer. Withdrawing from auction or correcting a mistake must be made in a new post. Only in this case multipost is allowed.
h) bid in threads where last post/UP is older than 10 days.
***GENERAL***
1. In case of auction ending at for example 8 PM, the last offer made on 7:59:59 wins (while maintaining point 6.1 of the regulations).
2. Any comments made by people who do not take part in the auction will be punished with a warning.
3. It is prohibited to encourage others to break the rules of the forum or in-game rules.
4. Breaking the transaction terms (not selling/buying the auctioned item, not selling for Buy Now price, not finishing the transaction within 24h without any reason is punished with a warning and 2 days BAN in the game.
5. Impersonating other players will be punished with at least 7 days of ban
6. Most important terms:
a) Offer of selling - every item that only has Buy Now price.
b) Auction - items with a minimum price or minimum and Buy Now price.
c) Minimum price (MP) - the price from which the bidding starts.
d) Buy Now (BN) - the price for which the seller is ready to sell the item without any bidding, immediately.
e) UP - making a new post in your thread to put it higher on the list.
7. BN = buy it NOW, not in xx hours if there are no more bids. MP = minimum price, meaning players bid for the item. If BN is used, that price will be the price the item is sold for, there will be no auction.
8. Every thread is valid for 10 days since last post/UP. Any bid/post after this time is automatically invalid and rewarded with an warning.

This will prevent people from adding items to their threads by just quoting the first post.
These rules go live starting from now. All new items for sale require a new thread, otherwise a warning will be issued and the thread closed.

The trade rules have been updated.
All the changes have been marked green. They'll go back to being white in a few days.
They go live today at midnight.
A short explanation of two points, that may appear confusing.
5.b. inform about offers made on PM or in the game adding the in-game name of the bidder and the amount offered, including received BN offers when someone placed a bid on the item on the board. Only bids posted on the board are valid.
Whenever you receive an offer by pm you must post in your thread with the name and the amount offered for an item, e.g

Also it's unnecessary to post when nobody placed a bid on the item yet and someone offered BN via PM. Editing the first post will suffice. But only in this case.

If an auction ends at 13:30 and someone bids at 13:27 then the auction ends at 13:35. Any other interpretation of this rule is invalid.

Changed point 1.f) in Buyers section.
It's enough if you have your ign/id in your signature.
Note for sellers:
If the buyer doesn't have his ign/id included in his signature or bid then make a screenshot and report the post to a t-mod or s-mod. This will prevent buyers from adding the necessary information after being reported.
