Best tatoo for 2h guns is sniper i think and gear for example:

Perfect Bandanna of Precognition (+1)
Perfect Cape of Speed (+1)
Perfect Solar Chain (+1)
Perfect Solar Signet (+1)
Perfect Solar Signet (+1)
Perfect Kilt of the Shepherd (+1)
Legendary Perfect Sniper Rifle (+1)

The cape has to be legendary or g+5, otherwise it has unreasonable strength requirement.
