Also, to moderators: I am not breaking any rules by posting here since we do not know who the complaint is about. For all I know it could be about me, I think I might have put a bid on one of these.
Might I also suggest that you are comparing apples and oranges.
G5 Sharp Clubs are used to merge to P5 Bony Clubs. Considering the general growing in points/levels of the active population of the server, the need for more performing blood gear is increasing.
This means that people will pay a lot more for items like this that benefit a whole clan and not just a single individual.
Might I also suggest, for the purpose of full disclosure, that you're jealous you:
- option a : didn't get the item
- option b : got the item and are not happy with paying so much for it
- option c : have a feeling a rival clan of yours might be bidding on these and you want revenge for your little friends getting banned for push.
Finally, might I suggest you take a strong hold of your complaint and proceed with shoving it "where the sun don't shine".
Again, all of this being in the full respect of the rules on this board.

no not the case
its called bidding war between players wanting to create p+5 bony clubs for there clans
16/17 and 34 bids on these items..is not push/pull its like i said a bid war
the players did not want to loose the items so the price rose
please look over this ban again..and think..you might see what really happened
nndungu and ice_creaman are high lvls they DONT need to push/pull for such small amount of stones..they get enough from 2 man basaliks each day
why would they bother to push pull ?? there is no reason or logical explanation

Market price can be 1 or 100 bs. 100 bs is nothing at this stage of game.
I duplication is illegal then you should clearly state so in game rules. And if you insist on banning me now. Then take a look at closed auctions:
Good helpful bandanna of caution(+1 to +4)
Good bandanna of caution (+1 to +5)
Good light/quilted/strengthened shorts/kilt of rogue/addict (+1 to + 4)
Good shuriken of long range (+5)
Good copper/silver ring/signet of authority/strength (+1 to + 2)
And yea good sharp club (+5)
People have been duplicating these items for many years. And now you chose to ban me????

I need further explanation for this ban.
Last year I duplicated some g5 kilt of rogue, I could do that for a few bs. Then someone (btw moderator in this forum) started to push prices like crazy. I stopped dupping as I didnt want to continue paying 90 bs for an item I paid for 4 bs a few days earlier.
Of course I didn't report it, the other player also wanted that item, there was a bid war on a few of them and that was it.
What I see in this thread is that there was some kind of bid war 2, at least 2 different players trying to buy the same item, bidding up to 18 times for it. Isn't this the same case?
When I start duplicating other items, how can I or any other player avoid being banned? How are the number of days of a ban calculated?

I'm also fairly certain higher prices have been paid for g5 sharp clubs before...... but no ban that time.
Demand/supply dictate prices, but inflation also have strong influence. I don't know excatly how many bs icecream have, but i'm guessing 3-6000. What do he care about few 100 bs. I have like number in bloodstones, i don't think 100 more or less makes any difference in how fast i build better equipment

You are everything that is wrong with this game, just like all the reporting anyone for anything.

szeszej, you may feel with all of them saying this, you couldn't proceed to ban them, but you can, martyr all of them, admitting to pushing, thats an offence, so like ces said, why didn't he get banned.
this should be black and white, so we've seen what is bannable, all these cases posted in the thread are aswell, so ban them all.

take 62 of them and you can make your perfect bony a perfect +5 bony. Yea, its a simple item. but it have value. I don't think 100 bs for a useful good +5 item is so bad

highlevel playerz cannot bid against each other coz they are to rich
100bs? i must pay much more in case ritual (everyday im burnin hundreds or thousands bs)

Sorry Mortis to post here but I feel involved in this ban. Maybe you forgot to tell "directly"... I am happy NNdungu won't bite me for 10 days but I feel involved since I use to dupicate items since long time too.
argument 1 is that price can depend from how many stones you have and from the fact you can or not be online for auction end.
For instance I am duplicating bandannas, that I can usually get for hs like.. but when I have stones and I can't be online for auction end I have no problem to put a ms on it, since for me upgrading a bandanna to g+2 cost me more than a ms.
So I don't care about usual market price, but g+5 sharp can be a handy item, upgrade one from normal to g+5 use to cost much more than 100 bs and I even considered to overbid them since I needed one... so personally if I would get a ban for something like this I would answer with something that would be censored.
Final argument is this: developers made all the duplicate thing to avoid people to push/pull on items, now they use it to ban people using arguments about market price... but with duplicating items there is a strange fact coming in.
A player puts an item on auction, 2 copies appear, the other player pays 100 bs then puts the copies on auction for 100 bs and first player buy back....
player 1 gets 100 (1 item was a copy) and then pays 400, so he pays 300bs for 4 items (one of which he owned at first).. player 2 pays 200 and gets 200 back (2 items are copies) so he gets nothing and just do a favour to player 1..
if the tricks go on, the copied item price is flushed into the toilet, so how can you call it push/pull???
The only difference here was that player 1 sold 2 clubs for 10 each, while player do payed back 50+ for first and 100+ for 2nd... so this can be read as a stone transfert. If they would have continued the trick probably they would have payed the same, maybe not... but since you banned them before they continued, how the hell can you tell it is push/pull???
And no, you can't forbid the duplicate stuff now, because some people already took a huge advantage in the game thanks to it, so it would be unfair towards the others..
Maybe a new thread should be start about duplicates subject, but the true problem for me stays the LACK OF CLEAR AND EXPLICIT RULES about pricing, until this happens we'll have to accept any decision from developers, which will be arbitrary of course, just as any market price regarding decision.... or the decision to give me a warning or not.

This quote captures all I could say about this, an item cannot be worth 1BS and 100BS at the same time and selling something at 100 times more than it is worth is unacceptable and will be punished. The length of the ban depends on how severe the reason was, it's only 10 days because although the market price has been exceeded about 100 times it's just BS, so not really that valuable.
As far as market price calculations go we do not have a "calculator" for that, we look at auctions, check prices and than judge. Sometimes we might be wrong and someone gets unbanned, but I don't think this is the case. If you disagree you can PM C47 about that, he's got the power over me here.
Also, the thread has become really spammy and unreadable, next time you might want to read on the rules of complaints.
