Hardened Helmet of Turtle Shell
and this are one of the combination:
Hardened Helmet of Turtle Shell (+3) + Good Strengthened Circlet of Senses (+1)
= Helpful Circlet of Blood (+3)

= Helpful Headband of Punishment (+5)
