Look at the "last logged" times. It might be a coincidence but then again I got these messages:

A normal request for a square siege:

When I declined the request I got a request to join the clan. He wanted to siege that guy and now he wants to be in the same clan... And of course another coincidence in timing:

Sounds weird for me.
