Attention Reuse upper banner...

Can we use upper banner... (in attachment..)

I use 19" wide monitor and if i use 100% format all information is in page, but i usual use 125% format, and menu go out from view, i must use scroll, can we reduce size of upper banner ?

reducing the size to make it look right when you're viewing the page in a larger size than it actually is, will result in it being/looking too small for those who view the page at the intended size (100%)
