There is a zipped spreadsheet in attachment with calculations of REAL chance to hit. Can someone help explain correlation between Perception values, hit bonuses and resulting REAL chacne to hit, please. Each two rows with statistics for two characters in spreadsheet correspond to each expo report in given order.
