  hard quests

i read all info on wiki about it and also searched forum, but didnt find the answer
i keep getting 'peace and quiet what a boring journey'. i did all normal and easy quests. am i doing something wrong? or is it just the low chance of actually finding a quest? if its the case how can i improve this chance and is its basic value is known or only approx??
thx, and i know about order of quests (that it starts with agility) etc

we all had it mate, keep trying, finaly you ll get quest you need, i was doing intel pilgrim for 10 days so dont worry

I hear that all quest's come randomly, so the best thing to do is follow Ghaldria's advice and keep trying, I know they've been here longer than me, and I trust them all enough with advice I get too
