  New Event (Yearly)

I thought of an event that would be fun to use..

Event Name: Warrior's Vision
Event Effect: Tattoo is removed for 12 hours.

It would be fun for everyone if this was added, as a lot people rely on tattoo's to win their fights, with this removed it would be fun to see what your item set alone can do

1, play necropolis server, done
2, attack others with tattoo off with different weapon, done
3, events are universal for both server, check tutorial, done

also what if ppl.needed there tat to wear there gear because of easiness they wouldn't have a set should have put it in my fantasy events thread

i like the idea certainly no harm in it, could be fun
