Huter.
Rain of Arrows - level 5: +1% critical damage for every 8 character levels.

Sounds a bit like Hunter, but not sure really


Also:
Black Knight.
Might tattoo decreases critical strike damage by 5% at level 4 and 10% at level 5.

My black knight have no might tattoo

Sorry, I didn't have the translation files when I was doing the translation of patch notes so I got some names wrong I'll try to correct that soonish.
