Hello I have a question about Absorber Arcana called Absorb Power. Does this block the enemy's arcana like with silence of blood? Or is your enemy still able to use his arcana, although you now have access to it?

in this example 1 point is blocked, and 8 is absorbed.

also just so ya know, Silence of Blood always takes effect before Power Absorption.
So you block opponents arcana first, then steal from what's left of it Wink
