  R4 square problem

Hi
So one clan disbanded
and there are a few players stuck in z3/z2s
They cant move to a z4 to join another active clan because theres no z2/z3 space in the clan. There arent enough high level inactives in z4 to siege and swap squares.
They're active players and effectively stuck because you cant move from a higher zone to a lower zone's empty square.

Please do something asap because theyre active players and cant play the game

As far as I know, they can still be sieged by someone who is in Z4
