are those effects Blood points are correct for epic hard ring of blood without bonus ?

epic hard ring (-5%) + epic ring of blood (+18%)= epic hard ring of blood (0 %)

isnt suppose getting +13% ?

The stats are calculated based on the normal version of the items. We'll confirm, but 99% it's correct.

fyi, others like second tier racial jewelry dancing/animal/etc xx of blood are correct blood points if substracted/added.

So, this is how it's calculated:

Hard gives -5% and Blood gives +5% which results in +0%. Epics multiply the bonus by 2.5 and by 1.35 but 0*2.5 and 0*1.35 is still 0.

any chance getting +6% from ring of blood to get little bonus as long as not 0 ? so -5%+6%=1% please pass this message to dev for next update,
