sosolidliam, as you can see, your primary DNS (dns1.skybroadband.com) doesn't work the way it should. You should contact your internet provider or dns owner - the problem is 100% on their side.
Why not using Google DNS anyway? In my opinion it's much more reliable than DNS servers of local internet providers.
makavelli, try changing DNS for wifi connection to 8.8.8.8. We're sorry about that but as I wrote above we have no influence on DNS maintainers.

I'm not sure why this is happening. Maybe some DNS servers hardware/software updates introduces these problems. Or maybe your local DNS is querying other DNS servers which have some problems/outages?
If problem was on our side, you should get something like this:

but it's clearly connection timeout, meaning DNS server you're using doesn't even respond.

it is the same image 
It's just your browser cache that shows you old image with lvl 4 tree.
Please try pressing F5 or Ctrl+F5 on evo screen - it should refresh all images from server, not from your browser memory.

There are many effect infuencing final dmg - there is for example 'ignore dmg' effect - take a look at changelog of patch v. 1.4.26.
Are you sure you had additional critical mod in the first battle? As I can see in source code, there are no additional modifiers - it's just dmg * crit mod.

1. You might have other life-increase-by-percent effect which will be summed with effect from BoD.
2. life-increase-by-percent effects does not work with life-increase-by-X effects, which mean your 1500 HP from evo are not getting boosted.

After checking code I think that this is not possible - either item is bought or whole transaction is rolled back.
But I can also check database query log to be 100% sure.
Can you give me more accurate date/time when it happened?
Also, there was transaction close to what you described:

Could it be a mistake?

As far as I see from your logs, it occurs when server tries to redirect you after processing POST data you sent. But there aren't any sing of errors in server logs.
Have you tried cleaning up your browser? Do you use some kind of proxy?

Check your browser settings - you may have enabled cleaning cookies when you close your browser.
It's not about disc space but additional queries each time quest screen is selected or quest is made. It was done long ago when it mattered, but until today no one complained about it.
I'll look into storing last quest info on our server instead of cookies, but I can't tell when it's possible to make a patch for it.

Last quest selection is actually stored in user's cookies in his browser. So either you're clearing cookies daily (or some of your plugin does) or you're using different browser/machine each time you login.
Right now we don't plan on storing this data directly on server (which doesn't mean we won't do it in future).

You misunderstood difference between percents and percentage points.
Enemy has 2h wpn with base crit mod = 400%, you absorb 75 perc pts => enemy has 325% crit mod.
In the same way you have 170% crit mod base and you absorb 50 perc pts => you have 220% crit mod.

It don't think it's bug report. You should probably put this in Game system forum.
Btw Leviathan is considered to be one of the most overpowered talisman by players and values you provided leads to everyone using Leviathan and no one is able to inflict any dmg just after few hits.
You SHOULD get high critical dmg from distance weapons and end-game 2h melee weapons.
