I agree - on all but perception.
I have 51 base strength and I need around 60 for a proper setup
Agility, knowledge, intel will save your life until you get legendary sniper.
Perception isn't really needed high .. the + hit and perception from proper gear is plenty in my opinion.
Eh this is for snipers only. Tbh I'm the worst person to ask unless it's for sniper path lol
