Well lads, it's been a lovely 5 years here. have seen some miracles with upgrading 
and met some really nice people. I think I've spent long enough at this game now and my life has taken some pretty heavy turns for the better. In the passage of me playing this game, I went to college, after 4 years I finally passed it. My mother passed away during july 2010 and it was all she hoped that I would pass my course. Last year I met my gf during her "weekly vacation" to ireland, now her and her son live with me and we have a 5 month old baby already
my whole life has basically started during this game. I would thank everyone who's been in contact with me since the beginning but that would be too many to name! (also i don't want to leave out anyone to be offended xD) Thanks for everything bloodwars 
I'll be on and off for the next while checking things and i'll be joining my daily expo's for today only. for now, this is Philly/Elliph, signing out

), don't even try. These games are different, each of those will glue you to your seat for months. It's impossible to play both of them at the same time, one will have to be left off. So all the opinions that D3/GW2 is better are biased since those who say it have been playing only one of those and think the other one sucks

yes i had the same problem... luckily i had no money for it when it first came out anyway
now it's €55 to buy on the website and download, which is nice.
I agree, they are completely different games, can't be related to one another. I do however miss the whole "earning a bit € while playing" thing that was in diablo 3, there is no way of selling anything for real money in GW2.

I played guild wars 1 for about 3 years then completely lost interest... was not planning on getting into this one, however it seems to be pretty entertaining and different.

yup.. you can pay to win or find lucky items and sell through paypal. i've made around €80 in total so far. not exactly enough to pay the bills but better then nothing

try find the problem on google? the game works fine nowadays, not nearly as much problems with log-in in the beginning. I still play it all the time

now that sounds interesting! hope the weapon updates are the ones posted in the roadmap... have been looking forward to the possible extra attack on katanas
EDIT: I also like the addition that purifiers will be at least PARTLY killable by melee and ranged. Doesn't matter how hard it is in my opinion as long as it's possible.

so no one would be allowed move to a different sector? how would there be overseers, and if people can't siege squares then what happens to z1/z2? what if people in your sector decide to leave the game, wouldn't you be left screwed with no one to expo with?

I think the title for this suggestion is pretty self explanatory. Was thinking there could be a converter in the Well of Souls section that would make it possible to exchange a certain amount of nanites and turn it into mana (or mana turning into nanites) for a ratio of for example 10:1 (every 10 nanites = 1 mana and vice versa).
Any comments?

ive been on level 3 BK tattoos for the past 2 years or so (excluding the past month, got to lvl 4 finally with a p+2 chain mail speed), you dont need lvl 5 not even nndungu uses that, i don't think. and besides, BK gear is not as expensive as others... you can try find a field vest of speed which is relatively easy to make or you can try find an elvish cape of speed, deadly cape of speed etc and see which one is more difficult to make on the merge path... for me my answer to finding a deadly cape of speed is "no, thanks". crit chance, agility and more attacks is your only problem to find gear for and evolution points make that relatively easy to manage.
to cut a long story short i'm guna say don't bother switching anything... the fact is you will complain about other problems with other tattoos and probably end up quiting the game after that. ive seen it happen.
