Problem description: Did all Koth lvls were restarted when the 22th May patch was applied?
Had been playing diablo and i made a slums lvl 3 but didnt even bothered to check if it was succesful or not last week, i check now and i have slums lvl 1 again, but i cant enchant anything

Mhmm well i agree with the overprice but as everyone said its cause more players want it, ive seen a lot of the top 50 changing to gunman thinking that with solar and a pair of guns they're solved.... And they're good Exp targets 
, but well the most obvious things are the ones they will try to get more
after they all have solar and scorpios and see a uzi dealing the same dmg as them at higher levels they will start thinking on other equipment and that equipment will go higher, but yeah solar and guns are the first things to go up ^^
I had to pay 14 SS for my solar chain when i had payed 4 SS for my previosu ring ¬¬ and when i want to finish my set i see i don't have enough so well... time to save for that and for my second scorpio ^^ nothing else a gunner can do
im just glad i have my other equipment almost ready
and thinking on more setups ^^ dunno if they will work but worth the try

Long no posted so i guess ill put new ones
1.-Get Gold or noble phoenix badge (Lucky golem gave it to me already)
2.-Get Diamond Set to Good+2 (Almost on good all)
3.-Get Solar Set (1 out of 3 pieces)
4.-Merge 1 Leg Scorpio (I have all just need MS and another gun since ill be left gunless)
5.-Get that leg Scorpio to good +5 (Yeah someday)
6.-Get another Leg Scorpio (Ok not quite realistic yet)
7.-Level up Exp tatoo to lvl 4 and 5 (Mhmm waste of stones?)
8.-Upgrade decently my square (xD Maybe one day... maybe)

What is the Vagrants shelter and newspaper on the squares you were
Vagrants shelter gives 1 rep each lvl and newspaper gives 5% extra effect each lvl so a lvl 10 newspaper = 50% extra and lvl 10 vagrants shelter 10 rep
10*1.5= 15 rep, otherwise if vagrants is lower it gives less in a percent of how many lvls vagrants is lower of if the square has no newspaper
