But mergelist isn't made by the BW team - it's made by the users. So if BW change sth in the names it's the matter of merge list creators to change it.
Although - people who want to merge items can easily find out what items have been changed and those who don't care they don't mind anyway...

But by your math, you are receiving useless info about "how many points it is dropped thanks to easiness" and with mine you get "what level do I need"...
stil we get the same result as :
67 - 4.02 = 62.98
so your rounding down is my rounding up.
And it's always the way to make it more diffiult for players.

Hello people.
Last weekend I had opportunity to party with people from London, who play Bloodwars, and we thought about having a party with more people from BW - discussing about differences in Underground and Necropolis.. and having fun.
We planned it on 29th March somewhere in Central London - I have been couple of times in The Hog in the Pound pub on a Bond street - close to all tube lines, should be easy to get for any one.
We're gonna met at 6-6.30 pm... Everyone is welcome - just let me know earlier so we would know who are we waiting for.
Waiting for you people !! - all the BW parties were great !! Let's make this one even better !!

67 * 0.94 = 62.98
According to Szeszej it should be 62, but as Impetus said - he cannot wear it on 62 lvl.
It's 63 - game rounds up in easiness case.
If it rounds down - then that would be benefiting players.

Lol - even if he had some easiness from tattoo, he would have LOWER requirment than you...
The reason is you have 6% in both examples you gave us :>

Are you sure you didn't check that good shuriken with 6% easy also ?
cause the proper way of counting is :
X (requirment) * (1-b/100) = A
where b is % of easiness you have. Then you take first integer number higher than A.
In your examples :
62 * 0.94 = 58.28, so it's 59...
and in
Good Shurikeen of Reaction(+1)
is
55 * 0.94 = 51.7 so it shoud be 52.
55 * 0.95 = 52.25 so it's 53
That's why i think you have missed something in that Shuri

Patch .17 is changing, how the "Searing Blood" works on Underground Server. That's why there was no reason to implement it on Necropolis.
If you click on the current version you'll see the changes in each update 1.1.0.17 looks :

There's many 2h weapon's in 4z... starting with AK-47 , sniper rifles, hunting rifles etc... (not sure about the names, but there will be enough 2h weapons for everyone ;p ;p ;p)

Nemazis - It's almost impossible, to kill a white dragon with melee weapon on this stage.. Two reasons :
- you have seen guys with 50-60 of agility, because the have huge bonuses in their weapons, but the same weapon gives a tiny damage when compared to 70-80 wd defence.
- melee weapon got less atacks per round, so every missed hit is more painfull then in guns.
I had killed an white dragon with melee weapon on my own - after aproximately one year of playing on Necro server. I don't remember my stats, but it was 110-120 agility, 9 atacks melee weapon with damage 30-40 points...

All monster stats are matched for necropolis items - you won't need 150 perception to kill sth
for example imprtant stats of White Dragon :
Defence: 66 - 78
HIT POINTS: 1000 - 2000
STRENGTH: 40 - 80
AGILITY: 104 - 120
TOUGHNESS: 24 - 36
PERCEPTION: 48 - 72

I saw that page before - it was mostly about other kinds of POLISH realms, so there was nothing useful for UK players, that's why it was removed.
I added the "differences", that i know about - but I have never played on Underground realm - so I am not sure if there is anything left.
About your question -
Cant you trade an item for an item? Yes
or money for an item.. Yes (although you have to pay with Junk - you cannot just send money)
or money for PoP? Yes (although you have to pay with Junk - you cannot just send money)

On Necropolis Server exists connection between items you can find and zone you are in.
better pref/suf you can find only in higher zones, but items can be only found if they exist in Shop of that zone. (For example - Corset, Bracelet etc can be bought in s4(and higher zones), and only there you can find them.
