Problem seems to appear only for SMS premium from Great Britain, so probably it's not BW team fault. Most likely some problems with GB mobile operators 
I suggest to wait for admin answer and till then use other premium buy options, or just ask someone to buy it for you, and you will buy it back when everything will be working

Well, that one is easy.
As an absorber you have +10% to HP. Without that bonus you have 912 HP. So add 25% to that, and you will have 1140
