I cannot access bloodwars, it says the webpage is unavailable!
Has there been another server crash?
http://isthissitedown.net/r1.bloodwars.net - this link suggests the site is down and not just a problem at my end.
Have tried other areas of the site (polish bloodwars servers etc) and cannot seem to access them either,
Anyone else getting the same problem?

Edit: found it. 2 accounts lost premium, 1 lost 200 evo points. 300 points, little account lost a big drop from souvenir shop too.

In a nutshell, you are climbing in level much faster than in arena ranking.
Enjoy the easy wins for a while. It will reset tomorrow I believe, so you will start fighting people your level (but then you will be stuck fighting those opponents for a while too).
Looks like a bit of a problem for low level players, but you should enjoy easy silver coins for a while at least.

Further to souvik: Suffrage - Allowing women to vote, in a place where men already can. How about the idea that small clans gain extra luck, while the larger clans already have it? Seems like there's a common theme there.

So I have a suggestion. First of all, I apologise if this has been suggested before, but a quick search has revealed nothing.
When you run an expedition, the timer runs down until it hits zero, at which point it says Finished. If they have gone to the trouble of changing the text color, and displaying that the expo has finished, why can't we have a red hyperlink to the expo report?
For me, clicking on messages and seeing "slow change", or the absence thereof, can spoil the excitement of reading the report, as you already know the outcome.
Is there a reason we can't be linked directly to the report from the expedition page, as is the case with quests and attacks?
Let me know what you guys think about this simple suggestion.

Not a chance for more quests. However, I like the idea of a black market trader
Not sure how that would work, seems a little dubious to offer stones etc for a pre/suffixed item, seems a little too easy and some people will get super lucky with a black ring of xxx for a coupla bs. I'm sure there's some way to balance that though.
Bronze coins, a nice idea tbh. Would take a long time to decide on a fair reward for them though
Instead of using it to bump up the quest bonuses, they could be used for something else like a lesser temporary bonus, or maybe for a smaller version of the clan bonus for an individual.

I am not aware of any current advertising for the game. As I have said before, in order to get more players, we need to tell people about bws.
So, it is everyone's duty to spread via word of mouth etc

Solution to coding: Just give a set amount of stones for each upgrade.
However, this could be abused.
Somebody buys 2xG+4 items, then lucky upgrades 1 of them and destroys for a stone profit.
Would need substantial thinking time to work around the issues.

Thread cleared.
The bid is legitimate, due to one item having an MP option, therefore despite ambiguity, the bid stands.
Because of the BN=MP+24 hours rule, the MP bid wins the auction.
Please DO NOT continue discussing here, if anyone is unclear of the rules, PM me and I will give you a detailed description if you require it. An alternative option is to read through the rules.

First bid was 18.03, so the last bid should be 18:03:59, +5 minute rule.
Thus, bids up to 18:08:59 would be within the auction timeframe.
The 5min rule means that the auction is extended by 5 mins, as opposed to the end of auction being from the last bid+5m.

I end up in this situation often, I think in some circumstances this suggestion could work, without bringing inbalance into the game, especially at a 10% rate. However, this would give a little bonus to people who would otherwise junk the items.

Oh definitely.
I would assume it would eventually lead to the destruction of life on earth. However it would be the coolest scientific experiment ever conducted!
Although, I'd have to make some calculations. But with the amount of heat/light it would put out, its possible it would have little/no effect on the earth.

Yes its an interesting theory, with a great fit. But it doesnt work logically. Also, if the earth expanded, where would the water have come from? & im sure it would have messed up the ice ages, which we have scientific evidence for.
Also, if the Earth was originally this small, there would probably be enough surface gravity to hold in Hydrogen and Helium in the atmosphere, which we also have evidence against.

Also, if planets did this, Jupiter would be a star.

Due to the fact that Jupiter can be viewed as a Brown Dwarf Star. It is just slightly under the critical mass that will ignite fusion in the centre. A nuke in the centre of Jupiter would probably be enough to ignite it.

This is not true. It did not happen to the Earth.
I could spend time explaining it, but I'm not wasting my time. It does happen to stars occasionally like you have said, but the Earth did NOT double in size. Some proof is on the wikipedia page. Surface Gravity & the Radius of the earth has not changed for longer periods of time than this theory is relevant for, and has been PROVEN within very small errors. One source says that a very long time ago, R[Earth] was at 102% +- about 3 percent of the current radius, within error.
Its an interesting theory, but it IS wrong. Scientists don't believe in it currently for a reason. But yes, the video is persuasive. However, if you can maintain impartiality and draw conclusions from the evidence, you arrive at a good answer. Which is what physics is about.
Feel free to personally fire any and all arguments for this theory at me and I can dissect most of them or provide a more accurate model which fits much more snugly.

As a physicist, I can't see how this is true.
I would like to leave it at that, but I could give reasons.
Main points -
1. What could cause this? Nothing could viably, and this would cause lots of problems with the earth.
2. With the tectonic plates moving, it gives a reason for why there are very few craters on the earth, which cannot be explained by this theory. 80% of the craters on Earth if not more will have been swallowed by lava as the plates travelled through their conveyor-belt system. EVERY other body in the solar system exhibits this amount of craters, such as the moon, mars, venus, mercury etc etc.
Its an interesting thought definitely, just not a correct one.
