I agree. A lack of new players is really messing with the economics of this game. Lower and medium level "good" items (not as in prefix but as in general desireability) have bottomed out in value, and it is nigh impossible to sell items that used to have several K in pop value just a couple months ago.
I don't have an issue with first generation players being able to ride an economic advantage (of being able to drop and/or buy better gear and then sell their old sets at a premium), but I agree with Wezman that the player drought affects everyone's enjoyability. Does anyone have any ideas of how to bring in new players?
