Not necessarily. Most will still only last 1 round maybe 2 if ur a good tank. Big expos would still need several players just because your not getting hit doesn't mean you'd get the kill shot.

We will call this skill "Sonic Scream"
It will be used to draw the attention of the mob/mobs during expos, Koths, or on Arena's when there is more then just a 1v1 battle.
Sonic Scream 1
Grants 25% chance of all attacks being directed at the user.
Sonic Scream 2
Grants 35% Chance of all attacks being directed at the user
Sonic Scream 3
Grants 50% Chance of all attacks being directed at the user
Sonic Scream 4
Grants 75% chance of all attacks being directed at the user
This could be a Per round or only for 1 round and until the user is dead. Also the percents are just a thought and could be adjusted accordingly.
Just a thought to add more reason to have tanks involved. Doesn't seem like there is a whole lot of reason to have high defense and crazy high HP here. Thought this would give a channel for people to obtain yet a different style of fighting.

Lets refine it a little and make the boss random as well. This way it has potential to be a easy kill(thus lower lvls would be good) or super hard where only the best players would have a chance.
Also as for rewards why not give all participants a Enormous Chest or something bigger, like we build quests for. This way if someone say lvl 40 was involved in killing the mob they have a chance to find something good without having to be lvl 90. This might add more fun/game play to lower lvls and help keep newbies in the game.
Also make it give pop on the same scale as expos. So if a low lvl guy is involved in the mob he won't get much pop. Sames as if the lvl 90 kills a small boss. This way there will be added bonus for those who end up being the proper lvl to kill the boss.
Maybe rewards can be tweeked a little but I'm a fan of this idea. I don't see many issues with it except the idea of putting stuff on auction. I think even should get an immediate reward.

Nestea your exactly right. I look at it like this:
I'm a cultist and for example I live 3 round in an expo and never get hit. 4th round I get hit 3 times and die. Round 5 Everyone dies. Expo is a fail. Then you see expo mob has 1200 hp left.
With old SB this mob died. I live 3 rounds and old SB I would have done an extra 400-500 damage per round easily finishing off this mob.
With new SB Expo is not only a FAIL but a waste of Bp cause I got no bonus from it the whole fight.
for me new SB is a fail. And not only does it make me not use SB most of the time cause there is no guarentee that I'll get any effect but it makes me wanna change my race because this is a waste for me.
would be like saying the Cursed Ones Horror has a 25% chance of working. Would make you think twice about using it and wasting the BP. When you use ur Arcana you should get a guarenteed effect. SB only does something if you get hit but dont' die. maybe SB should do a max of 300 damage per round and then add up to 10% damage to your attacks. This way no matter what you get something out of using the arcana.
