facts:
1. All that matters in pvp is initiative.
2. People with high level might not get to hit at all.
3. People stack stats.
Besides the fact that the guy has awsome enchants... stats on all 8 enchants and at least 2/6 or 2k hp,
everybody is stacking stats. because stats matter in pvp.
its stupid. ok, i admit that im low lev now, compared to other players, but ive seen cherry killed without getting the chance to hit. this is stupid... i dont know another game when a top player woudlnt have a chance to hit...
if you play wow.. even a low lev will hit you. will barely do damage but will hit you.
also... best set, deadly set ? no one use it anymore in pvp... maybe just some hot snipers with tons of perc enchants... so .. best set.. useless...
Def set? what is that defence? some good strategy for a diffrent normal pvp game.
Conclusion ... pvp system needs to be completely changed.
Ideas?
1. Everybody needs to hit everybody... damage needs to come with items and evos .. and talismans and MAYBE a bit with levels too.
2. like in WOW...you can add resilience.. but not a joke like now... huge resilience stat that will work just in pvp ... do it somehow that battles last at least 5 rounds with all people to hit.
3. you can even add a pvp gear set... would be best... with pvp masteries.. with attacks, defences..etc.. with boosts. will be new thing on game, new thing to aim for.
(now.. i play 15 mins/ day... 10 sec attack, 3 mins quest.. and some koh expo) than .. users make multi accounts.. cuz they want to play and they dont have what to do on main so they make a multi without premium and play also there.
take off max attacks a day. Give unlimited attacks. Reward active people with masteryes. Give evo for 16 attacks... than less and less until you reach maybe 100 attacks, and this way you give people chance to recover the evo gap between top accounts by beeing extra active.
4. Def set to be worth. Def weapons for each class... ive neve seen a sniper using anything else than sniper. why to have more weps for snipers if they dont use any other wep? STUPID!
Make a def wep for everybody ... make runic set work for everybody ... make item upgrade less expensive so you can upgrade def set too... FOr now.. only meles, can have a usefull def set.. with some good epic titaniums and a runic decent set.
5. make strategy more important in 3s arena. now.. if you put 3 good stats accounts with 0 arcana evos and talismans they win anyway.... STUPID. Make it somehow that strategy will win. Like cavalry kills infantery and archers kill cavalery and so on .. .i want to see 3 top snipers team fail bad against low levs with good strategy and combo. POint 5 here.. its the hardest part of the game.
also mods... pay me and ill get you a decent pvp sistem.

im playing again since 3 weeks ago. and i really enjoy this new game. loads of things have changed in a good way.. but i hate a lot this stats race...
i have an old deadly set which is rusty now, you cannot use it anymore unless you do old expos...
everybody has stats, its a race of stats on enchants ...
if i go full rep in pvp... i dont hit..
if i go full stats , i get 30% chance or they hit better cuz i dont have damage.

i came back from a long time playing again, im supposed to be weak, but this guys are playing since forever and xpa barely got to hit in second run ..
this is not normal... its no loonger about who has the best items, its all about who puts more stats from enchants.. and thats not ok.
deadly orchid, deadly incas ... items that are hard to make , well , were harder to make ... best items.. now are trash , no one uses them anymore. not normal.
3 years ago sniper/gunners had perc, mele had agi and ranged had both. now everybody has items with both agi and perc and its a mess
DEF gear: well , meles are the only ones who can use efficient def gear. you put epic 3-4 titanium authority set on some mele and he is a beast in defence, they hit and do it pretty well.
this in not ballanced at all. what def set can a sniper or ranged use effectivly ? the answer is stack on stats and hope not to be hit...

Well, coming back after 3 years of absence found my account like ..well 3 years behind...
Ok, im good on items, good on enchants... was good 3 years ago...
But i have low stones compared with everybody on the server, cant win anything.. and this is not even the problem.
Id need like 10k evo points to be competitive on evolutions... not talking about epic items at all ... if i put that too ... id need like 20k evo points to be competitive with everybody...
so yes... like poker players say... Drawing Dead + Hero Call for playing the game...

I return on bw after a short period of absence, about 3 years 
I see new content.. loads of new, very good changes..
And i have a new suggestion:
it seems that female accounts are slightly disadvantaged.
kilt has +1/4 dmg and 1/4 def - skirt only damage
hb still has that 20% ignore who is not so important these days since you can get ignore def from diff sources... and bandanna remained with 1/4 damage which is nice
also as ranged/collector you cannot use hb due to low def but you can use bandanna .... not cool at all.
males have signets and thats nice ...
females have corset but who's using that and for what?

big like for brainstorming...
yea.. there are things that can be made...
i like the 2nd tatto ideea... its like WOW.. u have dual specialisation.. and use one spec and items set for PVE and one other set for PVP and Arena.
its quite nice...
especially now on bw when top 10 players have full p5 late game set.. and dont need anything else..
they can build a new set of items.. for a new tatto and just use w/e they think is best..
would be quite ok for ranged.. since u can use demon lord for expos for extra damage... improving a bit.. and collector for pvp for luck and others...
prob would be tempting for others too.. since there are mobs where one or other wep is trash.
and im quite sure there are loads of other things u can do ... like.. new sets, new items, new skills,
maybe messing a bit with clans... like making a max group limit of 5 or 10 .. and groups that can ally and do big raids togheter...
clan wars and clan arena is not quite usefull atm...

since i play for 5 years.. this is like a feedback to the game changes...
and yes... im used to this kind of opinions.
by the looks of it seems u all think the game is balanced and doesnt need adjustments...
by the looks of it.. u seem quite happy with the game improvments in last 5 years...
so thats it...
probably its just me .. and i dont feel that passion for the game anymore...
its not hard. i quit, start playing other game and everybody's happy no ?

on top of that... melle use dancing/vengefull set...
gunners use solar...
ranged use hawk
and if ur not lucky to drop or buy a straight hawk...
u can merge one with 2 x solars and 1 x insidious... lol..
or yes.. solar + arachind
this means unless ur lucky to buy directly hawk , or drop... u will need to pay twice the price a gunner pays for ur jwelery set.
besides that... idk why they even put defence requirements for gunners.. they can use any best items they want...

I dont say melle is weak... i've just said its harder to get nice ultimate gear... much harder than snipers... and thats true...
Ive said 2 years ago... snipers were worst wep at that point... was true.. i was still ranged...
the thing is ... they've changed some things... and changed the game a lot...
NPV was best ranged and damager on bw... he was using hxbow with solar... everybody complained and they've changed tattos so ranged cant use solar anymore... NPV quit since then and everybody knows that.... even Paranoia ^^
i havent complained about that... ranged was OP than ... than ... ranged became shitty... and vlade changed to gunner... cuz ranged was shitty.. or in Paranioas opinion cuz he was bored of ranged , sure.
than ... instead of balancing by upgrading the hxbow.. so we can use same old wep... they've invented taxe... with negative crit even with reaction on it.. and we all made p5 taxes... and ranged was still shitty... sooo
they've brought in tk of dryak ... which yes... balanced ranged expo damage , TRUE... but we had to change wep again and merge upgrade a new p5 wep...
and after all as far as i thought ranged was ment to be more like a pvp based wep. not that good in expo/koh.. but bit better in pvp... and yet... i dont think range wins pvp (if u dont consider attcking /defending square boost)....
besides that ... since 2009 when ive started playing there were several changes to arcana also ... and best way was to give people the oportunity to change arcana as they chan change tattos...

exactly what ive said...
2h melle needed Agile ... now they need Cursed or Demonic...
Ranged? Hxbow - > Taxe -> Tk of dryad ... so on ... meaning in the past year u we had to change 3 weps.. and make them all p5...
snipers ... well they just use the flame since years ago and its just fine...
gunners they play with scorpio and deagle cuz they dont have what to do with stones...
be real ... merging and upgrading a ranged wep is way harder than to make a p5 flamer.
be real... merging and upgrading a 2h melle wep... is even harder than my ranged wep....

why the hell guns shouldnt have preffix and suffix and melle items should ?
where's the balanced there?
why the helll i should need taxe + elvis ds for pvp and deadly ds + tk of dryad for expo when snipers use 1 setup for all ?

Im playing bw since 2009.
in the last year or so ive seen:
Vlade ranged -> gunner
Broodje ranged -> gunner
Bosh 1h melle -> gunner
Myrkul 1h melle -> gunner
I've also seen:
Ba_al ranged -> Deleted
DraGan 2h melle -> Quit
Anubis 1h melle -> Quit
Horst 1h melle -> Quit
Raoul 2h melle -> Inactive
Icecream 2h melle -> logs when i ask him on facebook
Now lately everybody wants to change to gunner or sniper and there are several reasons u would do that.
1. U only need 1 set for everything (pvp , koh, expos)
2. U can get best wep fast and easy to p5 (none have prefix , suffix and u can merge them up easy)
ranged? well use used to hit with suriken ... than.. we changed for hxbow cuz it was the best.. than what ? u need taxe, ofc with elvish cape cuz t axe have negative crit.. now ?
well.. now we use tk of dryad for expos, t axe for pvp and maybe a hxbow for new mobs since ignore def is awsome there.
2h melle? idk ? im looking at Icecream... top player, p5 set.. hitting 300 crits with his p5 agile katana of bs.
yes... he needs a new cursed/demonic wep for this new bosses...

besides this ... i do think u need to change those talismans for aborbers... they are useless.
Im writing this down cuz game lately sux... and after 6 years of bw im thinking to quit cuz its not fun anymore. (or change to sniper but that will take a year so ..no thanks !)

Well.. if 3 expos end same time u use dispo only in one.. and u cant use it in the expo u really need/want it ... .
to its lame...
besides that... game is lame with this join all expos patch..
lightboy who has 1 setup for anything is happy...
i use 1 gear for pvp
1 gear for koh
1 gear for low expos
1 gear for medium expos..
and last gear with diff talismans for hard expos...
im in 8-10 expos and 4-5 kohs a day.... and i dont hit in half... i dont do much damage in half...
or .. i need to be online 24/7 to see if anyone ended... to gear up for that expos..
besides the fact that i have 3-4 expos ending same time.. and if i need to join tree and hit 100% i dont do max damage in rest...

Basically absorber is the race for PVP... true
And as a weapon? Ranged was the best wep for PVP (hunter/collector doesnt really matter)
And yet? Ranged abosebers never win 1v1 arena.. yes.. its a matter of luck in the last day, if u get the right oponnent... but still being the best race and tatto should make a difference in 3 months of 1v1 arena fights.
but this things are 0 in arena... why ? because everytime u attack u have loads more hp than the defender...
So that specific talisman wont win me the fight even if i do take all his arcana and use it against him ... only good use for the talisman was to take their regeneration arcana... being able to kill those high hp regenerating players like Clementa in her good days.
Besides that... the other talisman ? Silence.. ?
Everybody has horror in expo... as everybody has dodges or mask in pvp... Id rather use dodges and a stats/hp talisman than deadly xxx of night and that silence for the 50%

in usual gear i barely get to 20 absorbtion with some +BP enchants...
So .. i use that talisman.. and i absorb 20 any other arcana... i do gain power of blood lower effect.. and some caths path arcana... or whatever i absorb... which wont help me.. unless i have another talisman... changing that arcana into smt better.. and yes.. will change max 20 points..
So i should have like 2 lev 4 talismans... one for absorbtion and 1 changing depending on the guy i hit and his arcana... and ill get 20 power of blood and 20 of his 40-50 arcana ? u serious ?
Besides that... pvp is a minor area... how does this awsome absorbtion talisman help me in expos or quests ? where id rather stick to power of blood
so ? is it useless or not ?
and be real... absorbtion is the most expensive base arcana...
But it can be fixed very easy.... just letting people change race as u can change tattos...

Ultimate power level 4: Each level of power absorbtion increase luck by 2 and crit chance by 0.75.
Absorber – Bloodmagic
Silence of blood - blocks effect of enemy's arcana, cost 15 blood points
Absorb power - absorbs enemy's arcana, cost 30 blood points
Act 2: Power of Blood
+2 luck, +0,75% chance for critical hit per level, costs 25 blood points
So... im a secific gear and i can choose:
Use 35 power absorbtion .... for 35 x 2 luck and 35 x 0.75 crit...
Use 43 power of blood and get ... 43 x 2 luck and 43 x 0.75 crit...
I wonder... is this a useless Talisman ?

i really think this new changes are quite fukd up .. really...
One of the latest patches was made to make ranged users hit a bit better in expos and yet its a total mess....
Besides the fact that every other type of wep had a specific order of items power..
we used for a year Hxbow of reaction ...
Than ... we moved to Taxe ... cuz t axe got that intel damage..
Now? we are moving to tk of dryad for the attacks and all others...
And new expos ? - > we're going back to hxbow cuz we need the ignore def... ( lets not talk about those stats... u will need a full stat set to be at least decent on hitting... gunners and snipers have same problems hitting ? guess not.. and they are using same set.
and still.. as a ranged account u need at least 3 p5 weps... hxbow, t axe, tk of dryad. WRONG !
Besides that... we were using a t axe of reaction.. with -1% crit chance... so i was using p5 elvish cape of DS.
Now ? tk of dryad? 70% crit in expos/koh... wtf? Elvish cape of DS its useless... i need a deadly one.
So yes... u need 2 ultimate ,hard to merge items...
Besides that... ranged still has troubles with the items because if their tattos... we cant use deadly speed.. dunno how tattos requirements prevents gunners or sniper to use items...
so yes... best way is to be gunner or sniper.. u need just 1 set for anything (expos,koh, new expos, pvp) and ur wep its easy to merge... ofc.. ranged wep merges bit easyer than melle .. but still harder than guns.
Why dont we delete ranged ? less and less people using ranged...

I've seen a huge fight between Alyat and Vlade on global chat about upgrading items to p5 and luck and the idea that some of bw players are cheating or just having a god up there to give them luck more than it should.
It makes u really wonder if they're right or not ...
As far as i've heard Vlade made more than 10 p5 items... Not a problem with that ... he said he paid a lot for them ... SO... 1. he was damn luck or 2. hes right and he paid a lot for them... and trying a lot finnaly gets there ... not for me thow.. or i havent tryed a lot yet... depends what a lot means.
So. he spent a lot for his upgrades.. but where did he had stones from ? Lets see:
Attacks : 12892
Arena: Experience gained 1769365
Easy Quests: 18505 won
Medium Quests: 6968
Hard quests: 2657
This is vlade...
I dont need to say cezar has over 23k attacks and 18232 hard quests won and he doesnt have a p5 set.
So... its hard for me to understand how many good drops had Vlade in those 2657 hard quests won.. so he could sell and get the stones to upgrade those items...
Wanna talk about enchants too ? Some people, u know who or u can spy to see.. have 4-5 good enchants. Some of us still trying on slums and horace since they've brought this thing to the game.
I do admit. BOS is winning any hill level. DB doesnt. But we do win slums and horace and we cant move over cuz we dont have enchants from there.
The point is ?
Some of us have more luck. Fair enough..
I'm premium account since almost a year i guess... but i wont put my money in this game anymore... and the reason is simple ... i cant get top account cuz im not lucky.
And this luck we're talking about will never change.

Item Deadly Headband of Precognition has not been upgraded!
really ... burned 20 stones to upgrade it and still not upgraded... whrere's the 80% chance???
u have real big problems with scripts...
i had an attack on a lower level 1 level below me.. i had sum of stats agi+perc more with 90+ since im a hunter.. and i still missed 5 shorts on 3 rounds...
do smt about it
