Id in game: 89599
Problem description: I dropped a Golden Neckerchief of the Pilgrim on an expedition and I can see it in my armoury but it doesn’t show in well of stones, it appears if I put another neck item in but then it says “You cannot merge these items!”

Report the auction when finished and make a post in bugs and problems I guess as its a problem. I have heard of accidentally sold items to be reset.

a. Multi account - permanent ban/account deletetion
Exceptions:
- entering an account to send a character on vacation
- after sending a report to the operator it is allowed for two people to play from the same IP address
b. Account sitting - ban (48h to permanent)
c. Account commerce - permanent ban
d. Offensive nickname - nickname change + 5 day ban
e. Pushing - ban (7 days to permanent)

Plenty of people have restarted on underworld and managed to catch up in rankings and gear wise to a certain extent
