Here's my suggestion
basically like classic RPG buffs)
1. +1dmg/4lv
2.extra attack per round(<=50%hp; blood boiling rage(going berserk and stuff))
3.after resurrection; Max dodge( name it: past mistakes)

everybody knows that those two clans are of a different caliber and any other opponent is going to be squashed(without even putting up a fight)

hazard... i think clan buildings dont work in CVC so atk/def wont matter (i think)

amd besides... many reports in global chat usually dont have gangsters as highest dmg dealer :p

Trading accounts is not stolen goods when both the parties agree to it.
( i cant even relate this to "stolen goods-no warranty" thing)

I traded an account.
I am not a premium player.
I cannot change my email.
I report to the operator about the account exchange.
Now I run the risk of having my account's password reset.
If that happens I will lose my account AND if my old account's email was also changed... I get kicked out of the game with no account.
Does this mean that non-premium players are not allowed to trade accounts?
If not... please allow change of email whenever account trade is reported.
(Admins can also verify the trade by noticing changed IPs)
or they can just swap the emails of both the accounts.

im sorry buddy. i might have given the wrong message
i said it has to be like item test.
do u get an item for creating up some stuff there? no. then why do u do it? so that you will know the stats and requirements.
similarly, this generator i speak of works in a similar manner. you envision your character and type the stats and see how your char turns out.

The forum's set bonus thread has SO MANY GAPS!
when i dream of end gear character, i feel like theres not enough stuff to complete the picture.
so, like item test, a character generator.
it works in a simple fashion.
you select the race, punch in the level and you will be awarded the minimum pop required to get to that level. (purely on exp basis. no additional pop from tasks and other (if any) places)
you add up your points and select gear. you will ofcourse do so with respect to your tattoos. (another positive outcome i can see is the possibility of new tattoos being introduced... juz sayin)
and then, your final report shows up(like when u spy)
there is an alternate solution yes, like just filling the gaps of the set bonuses thread...
but my anti math brain anti numbers brain(cept counting money and pop and stones ofcourse) favours the stuff i typed above

1.Well im not really sure solar and bloodsucker will really solve the problem.
There is low crit chance. Elvish will render usage of speed useless as black knights can use deadly sets.
As far as higher hitting chance is concerned, arachnid set will solve the problem.
2. Just thought tanking gunners would be a good idea.
3.won't comment much as Im not experienced as a ranged person
Im not just talking about bk vs berserker when I say dmg and Def are concentrated on a few tattoos. *faint references to snipers*.
