You do realise that all of the top players and most mid players that are bk already have a xx of bloodsucker weapon, so in changing the merge list you'd just not change their weapon at all, just make it more valuable, or you'd give them an xxx of whatever suffix takes its place which means all their work into getting to p+5 is nullified in one fell swoop

What they are less eloquently saying is that Evo points are significantly more valuable than treasure points, seeing that over 99.5% of treasures are junk, and the evolutions, especially the more recent ones are rather expensive, no one in their right mind would make use of the exchanging points feature, at least this current way around. Options to make it even remotely useful, are that 1 evo point is worth a fair number of treasure points e.g. 1:10, or that a certain number of treasure points are worth an evo point e.g. 10:1

This is exactly the opposite of that warlock, normally upgrades are pure luck, with this someone who is patient can slowly upgrade a specific item, or a little bit on various pieces

What about an event where your first upgrade while the event is on has a 100% chance of being successful?
It's not too amazing, because you could upgrade normally, just it has a chance of saving a number of stones.
This event would help the server progress as a whole, for instance free upgrade on quest/blood gear.
Before anyone says 'oh but the whole server would have p+5 on everything', on average we get each event maybe 2-4 times a year, so that would not be the case.

I know that 1 stat = 1 %, but wondering the constant for the first %?
I'm guessing it's some constant e.g. x
x+stat-level? Or is it not this simple?

This is simply a case of an immature individual who has had someone disagree with his 'infallible' knowledge, and he does not like it, so has proceeded to attempt to last out.
