I don't think it would be a good idea... You simply have bad luck. Maby try ask someone stronger for help, and after few lost sieges they'll give up.
But back to main thing - you have 24h protection after siege made on you. More time (3-7 as you said) would be too much... Maby it's not a squarewars, but it's a war.
What if admins would make your proposal real? Next person would cry that he'is attacked 2 times a day and he would want that attacks on the same vampire could be done once per week...

It would be quite hard to do it on this server. There is/was a lottery on polish server 1, where was direct trade for PoP. It was organised by one of players (I think but I'm not certain). Here, without direct contact between players, it would be difficult - probably changes in game system, so I don;t think that it would be done...

It was that place where your son was conceived. Stones were glowing with the same brightness, but the colour wasn't a mix of red and blue. Now it was pure blood-red.
Suddenly, the ground broke apart under your feet and you fell.
You were in grotto, walls were trimmed with paintings. At the very end of it was throne made of strange greenish stone. The throne glowed more intensely with every step towards it, as though feeling your presence. When you touched it, the throne nearly blinded you with its shine and a transparent person sat on it.
'Welcome child of my flesh and blood of my blood. This place is your legacy. Nearby stones make our powers thousand times more powerful. This is the power, that the First-born used to protect their homes. Take what you find behind the throne it's your inheritance.'
You gain 53 experience pts and 119 litres of blood. During the quest items were found: Kilt (+3)

I agree with Hyperborean!
On first polish server, Necropolis, were direct trade items for PoP and top players who have most PoP had best items. Now it would be even worse because of expeditions - few hundreds PoP for strong players who have chance against dragons.
So:
Top Players have more exp than lower rank players = more stones than others = better items => bigger gap between top and the rest.
So in my opinion it's very bad idea...

What if somebody from higher zone would siege a vamp in lower zone with too low level to advance to attacker zone (ie. 25 lvl form 4th zone besigeing 10 lvl in zone 5) and win the siege? Is this siege even possible? Would weaker vamp go to higher zone without meeting level requrements? And if not, where would be transfered to?
