Not really. Lightboy in Bos is hitting 4k+ crits and 50k+ damage per round and could probably do 60k+ and hes an example of an OP sniper.
Don't see many melees hitting that

how is that even atall a comparison?
1000evos? people still need thousands of evos.
level 1 runes? that's like 3-4 expos worth of runes.
2000fld. yeah its quite a lot but its still down to rng whether you get a good enchant
everyone gets it so whats the big deal no one is at a disadvantage here atall.
