Daemon Blood is an aura - throne hall's luck representation is including Daemon Blood bonus. So:
67 base luck + Sixth (15) + PoB (60) + Grimoire (25) = 167 Luck.
Edit:
I don't know where the other 5 is, but if you add up everything you've listed there including Daemon blood it comes to 197, not 202.

No, I know about the reduced requirements, and I have to disagree with the significance of its reduction. Most players that can afford epic items are at max easiness and don't need the added reduction.

There are several ways you can check what items you were loaned:
1) Through sent messages about the request.
2) Trade History (you need premium for this option to be available, if I remember correctly).
3) The report to the operator confirmation email (this one I'm not sure about. I don't know if the items you stated in the report will be sent in the confirmation email, but it's worth a shot).
4) Ask the lender.
5) In extreme cases (last resort), a PM to Szeszej on the forum, he'll be able to check trade logs etc between your IDs.

I spoke to Szeszej a while ago, and Konrad has unlocked it for editing. Unfortunately we can't add extra pages to the homepage at the moment, however existing pages can be edited.
I have text files on my desktop of translated polish wikis pages which we don't have on ours. If we can add pages, I'd be happy to paste them on for others to check and change.
