I'm going to ask something you can in no way promise, but I really hope you can take in to consideration...

If it's ready on the Friday, could you roll it out early?

On your side of things, this is a regular job. It makes sense to roll out at the start of a working week.

But we're the end users playing a game for fun. This would give us all a weekend to mess around with the changes, and in the case of the Polish players a long weekend to play around with all the new toys.

Just putting it forwards that if you manage to finish early, please feel free to roll out early! Smile

Conversion of levels:
The thresholds of experience required for promotion to the next level of experience have been changed.

Training costs have been changed in such a way as to match the new rate of level acquisition and enable training at high levels.

The training and free development points of all players have been recalculated to match the parameters they would get from the beginning on the server with new training and level costs.

Introduced a new look of reports from ambushes, expeditions, expeditions and quarters. The new reports, in addition to the content identical to the current reports, contain a graphical, animated and simplified presentation of the course of the battle. In addition, in the summary of reports, all acquired resources will be aggregated, and found items sorted by quality.

Talisman. Furia of the beast: Change of required runes for Green / Green / Blue / Gold / Gold (instead of three Greens and two Golds).

ATTENTION! At the time of entering the fleece patch, the color of which changed, was removed from the talismans of all players. It has also been removed from the saved sets of talismans.

Further levels of evolution have been added (the change does not apply to evolution acting as an aura). The next levels have the same effects as the first 5 levels of evolution. All effects add up. Added bonus evolution points awarded for odd levels:
level 3-49 => +10 evolution point at each odd level,
level 50-63 => +50 evolution point at each odd level,
above level 65 => +100 evolution point at each odd level.

The points of evolution for the odd levels gained until now have been granted to all players at the time of patch entry.

Experience from expeditions earned in acts 1-3 was compared.

Increased the amount of experience gained on expeditions in duos and larger warehouses. At the same time, doing higher expeditions will still give you more experience, also in a larger team.

The option of giving up experience during the organization of the expedition was removed.

Blocking or sucking opponent's ropes will not disable the effects of lariat-dependent talismans.

The combat statistics introduced in patch 1.7.11 have been removed.

The passage of the last level of the King of the Hills location will provide additional experience in the level of the player * 5 * location number.

The journeyman's time bonus will run up to level 64 inclusive.

The Adept time bonus will give +1 evolution for each won trap and will run up to level 49 inclusive.

Time Bonus Champion will give +2 evolution for each won ambush and will run from 50 to 64 level inclusive.

In the summary of team fights, the total damage dealt will correspond to the real life points lost by attacked opponents. For example, if the opponent had 100 life points and dealt him 5000 damage, then in the summary this blow will be counted as 100 inflicted damage.

Moria:

[Moria] Changes in tattoos:

Killer:
Deadly effectiveness - level 5: Lowers the maximum enemy dodge to 15% (only against vampires), dodge the opponent -15% (only against monsters),
Lethal precision: ignores 6/12/18/24/30% opponent's defense (instead of 4/8/12/16/20%),
Lethal precision - level 5: critical hit damage modifier + 1% for every 7 character levels (instead of 9 levels).

Gunman:
Born gunslinger - level 5: +1 attack with each weapon for every 80 levels of the character (instead of 47 levels).

Gangster:
The senses of the ulcer - level 5: maximum dodge + 5%,
Zmysły ulicznika - Twardość + 10/20/30/40/50%,
Continuous fire - level 4: damage to all weapons increased by 1 for every 4 levels of the character,
Continuous fire - level 5: all weapon damage increased by 2 for every 4 character levels (instead of 1 for every 4 levels).

Demon Lord:
Bones of enemies: character attribute requirements reduced by 3/6/9/12/15% (instead of 2/4/6/8/10%),
Bones of enemies - level 5: + 5% for maximum ease,
Screamer - level 5: +1 attack with each ranged weapon for each 60 character levels, +1 attack with each ranged light weapon for each 80 character levels (instead of +1 attack with each weapon for each 60 levels of the character),
Terror Slayer: damage modifier on hit critical distance weapon + 30/55/80/110/150% (instead of + 20/35/50/70/100%).

Monk:
Ascetic construction: Hardness + 10/20/30/40/50%,
Discipline: PKT ŻYCIA (base and buildings) + 3/6/9/12/15%.

Berserker:
Bloodthirst: damage to all weapons +2/4/6/8/10 (instead of +3/6/9/12/15),
Bloodthirster - level 5: damage to all weapons +1/10 levels.

Black Knight:
Double Blow - 3-5: 1 levels Attack with each weapon for every 80 character levels (instead of the number of additional attacks with each weapon: 1 on levels 3-5),
Double blow: luck +2/4/6/8/10 (instead of +1/2/2/4/6),
Double Blow - Level 5: Lucky +1 for every 5 levels of the character.
The power of faith: the critical damage modifier from level 4 and level 5 has been removed,
The power of faith: Twardość + 10/20/30/40/50%.

Sniper:
Branch Commander - level 5: +1 attack each weapon for every 70 levels of the character (instead of +1 attack each weapon from 80 level and another for each subsequent 25 levels).

Treasure hunter:
Lust of money: LUCK +25 (instead of +10), HAPPY +2 for every 5 levels of the character (instead of +10 for every 15 levels),
Happy shot: damage modifier on hit critical distance weapon + 30/55/80/110/150% (instead of + 20/35/50/70/100%).

Hunter:
Camouflage: critical hit chance + 5% for each non-critical hit (resets to the end of the fight),
Rain shot: damage modifier on critical hit ranged weapon + 30/55/80/110/150% (instead of + 20/35/50/70/100%),
Strong shoulder - level 5: +1 attack with light weapons for every 50 character levels.

[Moria] Basic critical damage modifier for heavy ranged weapon has been increased by 1 (from 2.5 to 3.5).

[Moria] The Druid time bonus will increase the chance of getting runes during the expedition on the II map depending on the player's level:
Level 1: + 1% / 20 levels
Level 2: + 1% / 16 levels
Level 3: + 1% / 14 levels
Level 4: + 1% / 12 levels
Level 5: + 1% / 10 levels

[Moria] Time bonus The hunter will increase the basic character parameters and LIVE POINT on expeditions depending on the player's level.
Premium for statistics:
Level 1: +1 / 20 levels
Level 2: +1 / 16 levels
Level 3: +1 / 14 levels
Level 4: +1 / 12 levels
Level 5: +1 / 10 levels
Bonus to Life Credits:
Level 1: +35 / 20 levels
Level 2: +35 / 16 levels

[Moria] Vampire set bonus - dodge battles against ranged and white weapons have been removed (the general dodging bonus remained unchanged).

[Moria] Suffix Werewolf: regenerates the X base lifts after each fight round and the proportional amount of the remaining Life POINTS.

[Moria] Suffix Vengeance (ranged weapon): removed the effect of "maximum defense resulting from items = 0, added a bonus to ignore defenses from the level of Excellent (+5)."

[Moria] Antique prefix (one-handed and two-handed weapon): added a bonus to ignore defenses above the Excellent. ',

[Moria] Suffix Dracula (one-handed and two-handed weapon): added bonus to ignore defense above Epic. ',

[Moria] Ax (one-handed weapon): added a bonus to ignore defense from the Perfect level (+5).

[Moria] Evolution of the Wing:
Level 4 - dodge white weapons + 5%, dodge ranged weapons + 3% (instead of + 10% and + 7%),
Level 5 - dodge white weapons + 6%, dodge ranged weapons + 5% (instead of + 12% and + 10%).

[Moria] Evolution Reinforced tendons:
Level 4 - dodge 3% (instead of + 4%),
Level 5 - dodge 4% (instead of + 5%).

[Moria] Evolution. DNA mutation:
Dodge bonus on subsequent levels + 1/2/3/4/5% instead of + 2/4/6/8/10%.

[Moria] Talisman effect. Leviathan increasing defense and resistance will be activated after each critical hit received (hitherto activated after non-critical hit).

[Moria] Force drain - cost: 35 blood points (instead of 30).

[Moria] Blood power:
The maximum level of Blood Power is 30,
Each level of Blood Power will increase critical hit chance by 1.25% (previously 0.75%).

[Moria] In the case of bonuses with the division of effects into one-handed and two-handed weapons, a light distance will be treated as a one-handed weapon.

[Moria] The possibility of destroying the epic item has been added. By destroying the item, the player recovers all runes (with the same colors and levels, but random effects), loses sacrificed stones, points of evolution and the object. The option is available in the Talismans tab.

[Moria] Enlightened - level 4 and 5: damage to one-handed firearm +1/4 KNOWLEDGE (instead of +1/3),
Enlightened - level 4 and 5: Damage to two-handed firearm +1/3 KNOWLEDGE (instead of injuring two-handed firearms +12 and +15).

[Moria] Talisman Power Power: Reduced sucked critical damage modifier by 0.25% at all levels (up to 0.75, 1, 1.25 and 1.75 on subsequent levels).

[Moria] Evolution. The demon's blood - a bonus to happiness on subsequent levels 4, 8, 14, 20, 30 (instead of 3, 6, 9, 14, 20).

[Moria] Evolution. The sixth sense - a bonus to happiness on levels 4 and 5: +10 and +15 happiness (instead of +7 and +10).

[Moria] "Falling attacks": in the case of an attack with white weapons the chances of getting a hit will depend on 75% agility instead of 50%

It feels more like a stat you would only notice when it was gone, it definitely matters in KotH and against melee, some expeditions we would probably feel it if we didn't have it. As Resilience becomes more accessible it should matter a lot more as it actually starts to reduce gunfire damage taken.

If nothing else, tinkering with such a baseline stat could massively throw off the game balance in hard to predict ways! At the very least we need to see what the game looks like after the impending massive update drops.

Toughness is boring, but sometimes boring things are important :p

I don't doubt a huge change could unexpectedly throw such a fast estimate off, but it would be nice to have an update Smile

While it got a little derailed with a specific request, as above I would very much like a news announcement.

There still hasn't been any official word on here outside of me bringing a translated post over.

Google translate on phones (or mine at least) isn't doing anything with the PTR server. I have to copy/paste and hope for the best if there's no English translation provided.

This is a weird issue...

It's very RNG dependant, and definitely let's some players hit the jackpot, but I also quite like that you can play this as a stubborn pauper and eventually get somewhere.

I merged hundreds of junk items to eventually get the weapon I wanted.

Hello, I've already raised this in another thread but wanted to put a spotlight in this.

With literally years of merging (and some help over the finish line) I've finally merged a Demonic Chainsaw of the Basilisk.

Using the item preview, it would need 214 Intelligence and 223 Knowledge at Epic +5.

An Epic +5 Flamethrower needs 204 Intelligence and 168 Knowledge, for a weapon which actually uses these stats.

Now, it does thankfully get halved with easiness and I'm happy being and oddball weirdo in this game so I'm good running it at low Epic levels just to be a maniac with a Chainsaw, but...

Are there any long term plans to rebalanced Chainsaws so that they're actually the best melee weapon? Need more Intelligence and Knowledge than Snipers is a bit wasteful if you actually want to succeed as a melee user.

This feels possible now you have Reforging at Epic since every high level melee level uses Katana instead and would freak out of Chainsaws got good after working on Epic Katanas. But there's already a problem if every high level melee user except weirdos like me won't even touch your "best" weapon.

Eventually it would become "free to play" a "trial version" of the game, but essential to pay to keep up with players who not only get more daily actions (a decent advantage, but still only just that) but who can also reset their character to capitalise off whatever new changes are made.

The flipside of that is that a lack of re-speccing just hurts pioneers.

I have massive amounts of dead evolutions that I activated to help with quests because I had no idea what was coming next.

I'm a Black Knight running a defencive build. I would not have Wings Level 1, Enlightened Level 2, or Sixth Sense Level 4 AT ALL.

There are also things like Harmonious development or Memory of the Ancestors I may not have bothered with yet if I had known other options.

As it stands now, if I took a break and came back (allowing for newer characters to catch up to or surpass me, which I have done in the past) I would have an objectively worse character. You can't even shrug and say "that helps with late game equipment and buildings" because evolutions don't work like that. I just have to live with a worse character because I'm a long term customer.

It feels pretty bad.

We're not even asking for it to be free!

I posted about just my tattoo path in a separate thread, but got to thinking about what would help the other tattoos without just making new obvious best choices.

Monk
Scale their healing on hit to their level (every 10 levels from 100 onwards = +5, ANYTHING, just give them long term scaling gains)
Since they're your anti-gun PvP pick, give them something like "Opponent's Perception halved in Ambush" so they can get at over Perception moats easier.

Black Knight
Bonus to hit tied to armour.

Demon Lord
As Black Knight, only on top of their existing hit bonus. Make it easier for them to hit things, Ranged is a pain for this.

Collectors
Let Collectors collect. 10% chance of a bonus item per quest. 2-ish extra items per day.
I would argue go further!
In KotH +10% chance of second enchantment, +5% chance third enchantment. In expeditions +10% Rune chance.
Let them get powerful by being better at collecting things!

Hunters
Let Hunters hunt. Go deep on it, make it special!
Bonus Perception, Agility, and Damage equal to Level in expo and KotH.
You could even argue they should have a better Rune chance boost than Collectors, if that should be applied to Collectors. Make Hunters good at HUNTING.

Assassins
Each % of critical chance over maximum becomes % critical damage. Assassins hit harder by making unique use of redundant stats that are their speciality.
Possibly something to make them feel more like an Assassin too. Like the first thing they hit in a round is marked as their target and that's the only enemy they attack until they're dead (that one may be tricky to implement though).

Edit: I for got that Gangsters even exist!
Give them level scaled bonus Rep in Ambush. Make them shake down goons. A Thoughtcatcher protection racket would be horrible in story terms, make it a reality!
Bonus edit: Just give Gangsters bonus Reputation by level. Let them have some fun, and stand out as a tattoo path choice.

It feels sometimes like Black Knights are just inferior Berserkers. Are there any plans coming to help give them a niche more than just an option to change tattoo?

The improvement to Beast's Hide and Aura of the Beast really allowed me to tank again, but it still feels like I'm playing Sniper or Berzerker Wars sometimes.

I have 8500 Favour of the Lord of Darkness at Small Gate, and Im getting an endless parade of mediocrity.

To upgrade 1/4 damage to 2/4 needs 12500, so is that about the benchmark?

Does any amount help with secondary enchantments? Tertiary ones?

What do we need to go from getting lucky, to picking from good options each spin?

I'm pretty impressed you're answering during the holidays at all :p

Enjoy some time, but this IS poorly balanced. Melee users shouldnt need higher gun stats than gun users. While it's interesting up to a certain point to force us to diversify our stats instead of loading into a narrow set, it's pretty unfair as it stands.

The Intelligence and Knowledge requirements, while an interesting way of pressuring a player who want to use Chainsaws, are WAY off there.

A fully affixed E5 Chainsaw needs over 200 in each stat. Even with maximum easiness that's ridiculous for melee dump stats.

Either drop it down to sane levels, or give Chainsaws bonuses for it. Intelligence = Hit and Knowledge = Damage would make it worth jumping through hoops for, but having to run gun gear for melee with no benefits is shocking.

EDIT: I just checked, and an E5 Flamethrower needs less Int/Kno than a fully affixed E5 Chainsaw! What strange new hell is this? XD

We've had two major overhauls now, is it possible to have an option resetting evolution points?

I for one have dead evos that I idly bought to help questing from before Talismans. It would be nice to take back those mistakes.

Would gladly pay Premium for this!

It's going to be a while before we see them anyway XD

Other evolutions of mine have changed level. Is this because their costs changed too? (Only one got mentioned in the patch notes)
