Ideas 
Stone temple lodge : reduces the requirements needed in the building site by 0.25 % per clan member helping 2 clan members help per level (max level 4) Character Level 45+ to help.
Hope that makes sence.
Red cross center: allows blood donations weekly from clan members OR 5%+- per ambush goes into the Red Cross Center. Once per week 10%+- can be requested by clan member. (possable add red cross center to siege loot allowing % of blood to be stolen in sieges.)
Dueling pit: (This one is just for fun) Allows two members of the same clan to fight eachother for th fun of it. Both players have to enter to fight (like a one on one siege) Clan items are allowed, no buildings or events effect this. There are no gains from this. More for just bragging rights.

First patch that I can say I like 100% I think the new map gives the feel its a map not a intel photo.

I can come over and help sat or sunday and stay for as long as needed. What kind of sieges are you going to be doing? What things do people need built, and whats your clans chances against the Expo mobs?

It might cost alot to upgrade, but I don't see its too much, I have upgraded a twisted set to +2 using rituals and I am currently saving up to get all 3 items to +3 via it. On the flipside, before I had the set I used to just risk my luck and I got shorts of shepard from normal to good+3 one upgrade after the other... It was a huge risk but well worth it.
I would not want ritual to be cheaper, then everyone has maxed out items. At lower levels you have less stones unless you get luck and get a good drop, but its not like we don't get a full get of stones every 50 points!
There is a huge part of this game thats just luck. You get a good drop or 2, you are sorted, you get the upgrades at 60% 3 times in a row... lucky... There needs to be a element of luck to the game else people would get bored.
