The rules below are to be obeyed by every user of the board if they want to send a PM (Private Message) to a member of the Team (the lists of people in the Team may be found in the Team tab).

1. Don't ask us about things included in the FAQ, tutorial or are explained on the forum. We won't reply.

2. When you are writing a reply keep the previous texts. New message is to be written above the old ones.

3. If we don't reply immidiately don't write another PM but rather check when we have been active on the forum.

4. Enclose a link to the thread that concerns you and if you have an in-game problem also your login/character name in the game.



Game developers representatives:

Administrator (admin) - a person who has insight into the logs and the database and is able to edit them. They have full authority on the forum and in the game.
Following things may be reported to them:
- only really important matters which can't be solved/explained by people with lower ranks
- complaints on ops and smods

Super Operator (sop) - an overseer of operators. His duties are to train and replaces OPs (if an OP is on holidays), helps to settle difficult matters. All complaints on OPs should be sent to him\her.
One cannot be both a SOP and OP of the same realm.

Current super operators of the game: C47 (R1UK)

Operator (op) - specific form of an administrator. Operator may have all or some of the authorisations of an administrator. They can't have an active account on a realm they manage (but they can have one on other realms). They have the authority of a smod on forum.
Following things may be reported to them:
- presumed multi-accounts/cheating etc.
- complaints on players which can't be made in the Complaints

Most things that are to be reported to the operator are found in the in-game option "Report to the operator"

Users with extended rights:

Super Moderator (smod) - possesses a part of the authorisations of an administrator on the forum. Manages moderators/threads. Does not possess any authorisations in the game.

- more important complaints on users alongside with complaints on mods
- help requests regarding accounts on forum (i.e. manual change of password if automatical fails)




Moderator (mod) - possesses part of authorisations of smod. Manages the majority of threads on the forum. Does not possess any authorisations in the game.
Following things may be reported to them::
- complaints on users



Forum and game service reserves the right to neither read nor reply to messages not on this list.
Messages with questions included in FAQ or announcements will NOT be answered.
We prefer that you create a thread rather than write a message so try to stick to it.
If you have questions, please read FAQ, Tutorials and at least first page of 'System of the game', 'Bugs and problems' and 'Mishmash'.
You can access list of people with special ranks by clicking 'TEAM' on the forum.
