One of my attacks was not a critical (not including the one i missed obviously), but my % for a critical hit is 105%

-Cape 17%
-Sniper 78%
-Tattoo 10%

So shouldn't i be getting a critical every time? Any ideas?

Critical is capped at max 85% iirc. So no you shouldn't get a Crit everytime ^^
