Never have I been so frustrated at any game, never mind BW!

Why, oh why did the devs decide that any monsters met on quests should be treated as normal ambushes?! Every time I get annhilated by 3 guards and the king, I'm losing 650 litres of blood!

To make matters worse, every time I'm trying I have to buy Scorpid Venom to increase the Dmg of my Sniper Rifle because I only have one attack, and only one in every 6 or so, I actually find him!

Running out of Junk, running out of patience, and now completely ran out of blood!

Has anyone else had such a bloody hard time with this task??

Yep I was soo close I borrowed a shirt of speed and caught only 2 werewolves but I still didnt do it Frown

If I can get more agility I can use the sniper on a higher level so Ill just have to wait and do other tasks for now until I get 40 base agility well hoping

I'll try to beat them when I finish all pilgrimages. Once I did a caravan of 24 pilgrimages, the wolf king attacked me 6 times back then...

Evil-Eoin meleed the Wolf King but I think he had around 180 agility so if you can get that you should be able to.

I found that when I actually tried to fight it (silly me Tongue

) I found it less, how stupid is that...

Meh, the only annoying thing is when you can never find it. I did it ages ago, with 2 attacks it is easy. Just get enough perception so you can't get hit and then use XXX of speed and you'll kill them Smile

lol u lot get frustrated cause u dun find them and cant kill them when i was at 100point.. i was doing my rep quest and i was frusted cause i kept on finding them Frown

i had to ge the 2 attack sniper and had to slay them after 2 tries Wink

and then move on to pilgrim task.. i think i posted a thread where i met 5+ wolf in 24 hours.. jus tring to do my bloody rep quest..

I think speed probably is the only option, but then I'm losing Agility and will have to use a weaker sniper rifle =/

I used to think doing Wolf King task thingy was easy. Thanks to this thread I am now going to try get all my Pilgrimages done in Z4 so it should be a little easier in Z3 for me. Cheers for the info guys.

Warewolf task - DONE

After 150+ pilgrimidges with varios perception (even sometimes agility)
As assassin i manage to kill him this time and with hunting rifle.

I was just praying as he will have only one guard....

2 or more at the same time is a nightmare (90% of all attempts was with 2 or more guards or wolf king dealed criticals that finished me off)

For now the most difficult task....

Yea Serafine i did all except Intell and Knowledge (stupidly) before I went to Zone 3. Wish I had of got them all out of the way though, he's damn expensive to run into =/

Yeah if you caravan looking for Wolf King and Perception then you get the "Complete all Pilgrimages" task done at same time. Tongue

Although you'll have lots of fails on other tasks.

Then try with Ak47. Even with a sniper rifle and armour of speed your chances will be better than mine were, cause you have more criticals. Trust me, its a matter of time (I tried about 50 times)

lol but how u meant to do that??? and how will that help? the best way to pass the task is to get speed item if u arent a sniper tattoo user.. then jus hope u r lucky and bam get the task done.. its all up to luck thing.. dont moan back at me.. i m jus saying what can be done... its my opinion.. i m a nub Frown

oh oh or go to DB and ask azz to lend u his hunting set.. he manged to kill the wolf with his hunting didnt he?

or go to BoS and ask for the crazy gunners in their clan to lend u some stuff.. BoS has alot of gunner.. or jus go crazy like diablo with his 8 attack or how many was it?

Wolf king may be a bit complicated though, different numbers of guards, all different levels with different stats..

It goes on, I think there's too many variables

It's not really very fair, if I want to do it anytime soon then i've gotta borrow some gunning gear i'll have a long wait trying to get almost high enough agility to outhit the King.

Ha... I forgot to do this task in Act one...oops....lol.
But when I did try I never ended up getting him, I always got some pilgramage I'd fail at.
Actually, when I was trying to do the pilgramages and was in say reputation gear, I'd get the wolf king...lol

I know it isn't the most fun task in the world, but there IS a point to it.

It forces you to piece together the minimum god Perception set it will take to do expos that require gunning.

It isn't complete balls, it just isn't easy.
