Frustrating Expos

Yet again i started an expo to the Hot Springs Oasis and yet again i missed out on the actual red dragon target...

two hydras in a row... and before them two medusa's in a row (which i havent got saved anymore)

How are we supose to get our badges if we cant even get the right monsters to fight, anyone else as unluck as me?
