Legendary 2h maces

how does the 25% chance to hit work

is it guarenteed 25% chance to hit so even if your enemy has 100 more agility than you you will still hit 1 in 4 or is it 25% added onto what you already have so if you hit 10 in 100 against an opponent it will be increased to about 12/13 hits in 100

edit: just read it properly its the 2nd one =(

if you have 100 chance to hit then thanks to the legendary mace you have a total of 125 chance to hit Wink

Chance to hit Spawn, not percentage chance to hit, they are different

Think i memba ceazers complaing about missing 1 out of 8 attacks in an expo when he should of hit every time.. think anyway
