That depends on the devs. As a new server is a completely seperate game, it's possible to change just about everything, or alternatively, if they decide that the system is going to stay the same, they can just port it straight over and have a second identical server.

The new server shall be open when the curent will run ont of active users space.

1. We will move the UK instalation to a single machine, when it hits high user rating.

2. When the server population exceeds its possibilities we add new realms.

It won't run out of active user space because the current game format doesn't encourage players to stay, which we have been trying to tell you for months (and being largely ignored by all but Szeszej).

Same for point 1: As it is unlikely to hit high user rating without some drastic changes, it's not very likely that this will happen ..... here's hoping for something good in the next patch.

Same for point 2: It's only going to exceed its possibilities if users stay ...... catch 22, you won't make big changes unless the active playerbase is higher, yet the active playerbase won't get dramatically higher until changes are made ...... logically which one of these has to give way first Sushi?
