were has this come from?? was it just some one playing around? or some one wrighting it who did't quite under stand somthing?? or have i missed somthing?

p.s. im not 100% this thread is in the right place but o well...

additional: is it also tru that 30% is max dodge chance that one can get?? it dusent say in the tut

''damage of all weapons ±x during ambush'' refers to buildings, to be exact Bodyguard agency, while ''damage of all weapons ±x'' can be a tattoo or an affix.
I'm not sure about the dodge but it sounds right.
