Nothing near as impressive as even some of the worse merges here, but I have merged most of my own gear over time and had goals in mind since I started, so for me these are good and towards my goal gear.

Good Helpful Headband of Precognition - this merge I am proud of, could get better than Helpful, but I like the extra agility from it that goes towards negating the -agility from the SR, extra perception then from Headband aswell.... downside - the armor rating is over what my tattoos will allow =(

2* Good Light Thunderfist of Hitting (ages ago, when they were worth merging, before Act II)
2* Good Friendly Dagger of Conqueror (merged for attacking ages ago before people started using Friendly etc)

Taken a while to merge most of this and I lost track long ago of what I merged and spent. Merged all my elvish gear into tigers (at the cost of a chunk of agility) and a few other nice bits into the gear below. Still have some upgrading to do but getting there.

I quested for an age and found a hard ring of blood.

I merged it with a copper bracelet of genius to make a
